I very rarely post bad reviews as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but all i have seen from here is them trying to milk more money out of us. They constantly harass you about braces even if you say up front you are not interested. They also found an excuse to do an extra "gingival cleaning" that felt a lot like the same cleaning you get at any other dentist. And refused to only preform the cleaning that was covered by insurance. With the amount of upselling they do, it feels like the hygienists must be commission based. I do not recommend wasting you energy here.

I've been going to the Heartland location on several occasions now and Dr. Youssef has been professional and compassionate about my dental problems. The staff and hygienist are wonderful to work with as well. Fast appointments and great service.

My family and I absolutely love the Heartland location. The entire staff is always friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and understand the processes.

Krystle and Jennifer were amazing! They took care of me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I would highly recommend this office.

My husband has never gone to the dentist. I was nervous FOR him. After he had his procedure, he couldn't stop talking about how awesome this dentist office was and how he expected to come out in so much pain. Krystle was the one that told me about their amazing hygienists and doctors and I finally convinced him to go. I'm so glad he went! Everyone was so kind and made sure he had everything he needed during his aftercare. Krystle constantly followed up to make sure he wasn't in pain and to answer any questions we had. It was way out of our way but so worth it! We will definitely be coming back. He's already ready to go back again for his follow up. Who's ever excited to go back for the dentist, right? 10 out of 10

I highly recommend MLD of Heartland!! The office itself and the rooms are very clean!! The entire staff is courteous, professional and attentive. I'm looking forward to seeing the Dr. for my follow-up. Can't wait to start my ortho treatment!!

I had Jennifer Stanley as my hygienist and she gave me the best teeth cleaning I have ever received. She was very professional, friendly and we were able to have a good conversation while she maintained a sense of professionalism while cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend going to the heartland location of mirror Lake dentistry!
