The dental assistant was excellent! Very informative, capable and also took the most comfortable X-ray I've ever had! The dentist was also gentle and efficient in preparing my tooth for a crown. I also was impressed with the insurance knowledge demonstrated by the office staff, bring very knowledgeable about the most economical way to use my insurance.

We have been patients here since 2018 and we loved this Forney location at first. I have had many issues these last few months and I am switching my family from Mirror Lake. The turnover seems to be high, so we rarely see the same doctor or techs. At a recent visit I needed antibiotics, so a few hours after my appointment I checked with my pharmacy and they had not received it yet. I tried calling the office, but they stopped answering the phones over an hour before they closed and the voicemail system is messed up and wouldn't let me leave a message for an on call doctor. This was on a Friday and waiting until Monday for this prescription was not an option. It wasn't until I started messaging and posting on their Facebook that I got a call apologizing that it wasn't sent over. At the same visit I was told an extraction site would not heal until the wisdom tooth right there was removed also. I was told a doctor not in their office, but still with Mirror Lake was being contacted that day and my images sent to him to determine if he was able to do the extraction. I was told they would call me right away to let me know one way or another to set it up or go to an oral surgeon. Two weeks later, no call. Today they said he had to leave because his wife is having contractions and he will be out for the month so I would just have to go to the oral surgeon. So I guess they never even contacted him like they said they would two weeks ago. In all of this, another dentist has quickly pointed out other issues that have never been mentioned or discussed with me. Don't waste your time going here.

The hygienist was very nice and knowledgeable. I've only been here three times, but everyone has been very nice each time and I didn't feel like they were doing a money grab and prescribing unnecessary procedures like at other dentists.

I had a vey pleasant experience. I got a late appointment as a new patient. The staff took care of everything at that appointment. They did X-rays, cleaning, two filling replacements, and fitted me for Invisalign. I think the even stayed 20 min past their closing time just to take care of me. Also, they gave me a payment plan so I could pay for the Invisalign. I'm happy with my new dentist.

Went to this dentist for some fillings and was not impressed by the experience. 7 fillings in 2 sessions, both took much longer than I anticipated and both times it felt like the dentist was too heavy on the anesthesia. The fillings were done sloppy and I had to go back 2 times to make corrections. One time because they messed up my bite with the resin, and the other because left-over resin on my tooth chipped off and left a 'shelf' that they had to file down. Each time I went back, I was waiting 15-20 minutes for the dentist to come for 5 minutes of work. If you can't get fillings right, I wouldn't dare give you more complicated work like crowns or root canals. Will not go back. The rest of the staff was great, very nice, and the office is very clean and modern. Unfortunately the practice and staff is only as good as the dentist.

My wife and I had our 6 month exam and cleaning performed during our visit. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist and dentist thoroughly reviewed our dental hygiene, and treatments they recommended to maintain healthy teeth, bone and gums. We were first time patients, so their suggestions were a bit lengthy, but not necessarily wrong. No pressure to follow their total plan, rather they left it to us to decide what treatments we wanted to do immediately and which ones we wanted to defer or not do at all.

This place is AWESOME! Any questions I had was answered and the service was beyond expectation. Linda, performed my service and she showed how great she was with her end results. I am very happy with my results and will recommend to many others. The staff is wonderful.
