I went here in June for a cleaning and maybe the tech who was flossing brushing my teeth was new but while I was laying down she accidentally let the water go all over my face, up my nose and all. I laughed it off and she apologized but hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Too expensive also with these branches (smile generation).

Even if it's convenient for insurance and location, I don't recommend. 30 min cleaning took 2 hours because I spent 1.5 hours sitting in the chair. Dr. Lee was not very clear when communicating issues and suggesting solutions. I recommend she evaluates her delivery to be more efficient and gentle. Hygienist was sweet but not gentle on my very sensitive teeth, even after I repeatedly noted how sensitive they are. If this was the only dentist in AZ I'd drive out of state.

Not diligent. Scheduled appointment for my son; provided them insurance info and Date of Birth of my son. Went there on time to learn that they do not do pediatrics.

I was treated with respect and provided needed dental care. They were accommodating to my scheduling needs and got me in quickly to take care of a serious issue. *upon reading other reviews there are parts of my experience that could have been improved. It was frustrating not having a clear sense of how long this would take to get done. I went in on the first day and was able to get half of my mouth cleaned and they said they would clean the other half the next day, because of insurance coverage. I think I would have preferred just getting it all done at once, now I know better. They were not able to book all of the procedures during the same appointment, but they had other openings so they booked the one for 8am and the other for 10am, I didn't leave the office until 1:20pm. I was glad to get it over with but it was an oddly grueling day, and maybe this kind of scheduling was unwise. I learned a lot about my own decision making skills here too. There was a lot of work to be done, but the communication about what was happening when, and how long it would take only occurred after I expressed discomfort. For example after drilling my teeth, the hygienist and dentist left me alone in the chair for 30 minutes at which point I got up because I didn't know what was happening and was getting cold. Only at this point did the dentist come out and tell me what was happening, and that I could expect to wait another 30-40 before they were ready to continue, good thing I'd already moved myself back to the actual waiting room. The front office person and the hygienist who provided the cleaning were excellent and communicated with me clearly, honesty, and in a non-judgmental way. The dentist and the other hygienist prying open my mouth seemed skilled and knowledgeable but cold and incommunicative. More than once I had to ask for something basic to be repeated or explained because it was said too quickly or not said at all. Next time I'll be sure to ask for more communication when working with the dentist. I hope they continue improving because it was very nice to be at a dental practice with mostly women, and some of the service is exceptional.

Really bad experience at this dentist- went in for a chipped tooth that I have that has been giving me issues only to be given a referral to have a root canal on a tooth that is not giving me problems, scheduled an appointment to get work done on the tooth I went in for originally only to realize(while I had already paid and was in a chair) they were going to crown a tooth I didn't even agree to have work done on- uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend to anyone

Great staff, atmosphere, and excellent work! Love Dr. Gang Li, she is very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the price transparency here. They review the costs and available options with you before any major work is done which is very important to me.

I came in for a flipper, for my front tooth, on 1/10/22. I was about 6 months out, to get a costly implant. My other flipper had broken, due to accidentally dropping something on it (my fault). I had the initial flipper done in the Phoenix area. It was $500, and it really did look amazing. My initial appointment was fine, they took a mold of my teeth, said it would be ready in 3 days. Cost was $625. 3 days turned to 3 weeks, because of COVID. When I went back in, the flipper looked terrible, like it belonged in someone else's mouth. They did the mold over again, and about 1 week later, I went in again. This flipper went to the back of my teeth up top. It was 2x longer than the one that broke. It made you want to gag. An assistant that usually works at another office, told me there were 2 spots on the tooth, that were missing the finish on it. The dentist came in and started grinding down the area that holds the tooth intact. I'm thinking $625 for another flipper, if she grinds it down too far. She was not helpful, and seemed annoyed. I think there was a slight language barrier too. Fast forward about a week, I start chewing on my tongue in the middle of the night. My jaw keeps slipping during the day. Completely ruining my bite, and there are a lot of noises coming from my teeth. It never got better. My mouth is a mess. I've never had issues in the past, with other dentists like this. I have had 1 cavity in my 41 years. My husband did a chargeback, with our bank, after submitting pictures, post-doctor, etc. We rcvd half of our money back. Now I have to go, start this process, over again. I wouldn't recommend this dentist, to my own worst enemy. They are very unprofessional AND overpriced. I heard a customer, in front of me, on my last visit. She said they were charging $100-125 more than anyone else. The same issue applied to me. If you need anything cosmetically done, run away from here.

My Wife and I are very Happy with the service and professionalism they offered to us. The place is very clean. They have all the instruments and the space that is required. The Two Secretaries at the Front Desk: Mayra and Sabrina are very polite and efficient. The woman who does the scan is very sweet and patience when she is doing the exam. Ashley is one of the Best Dental hygienist we have ever met. The Dentist knows what she is doing and very prepared and the rest of the personal is very friendly and accommodating. We recommend this place %. We are looking forward to our next appointment.

Really strange experience. Had me waiting an unreasonably long time in the chair after the shortest and least in depth exam ever. Seems understaffed. The Dentist only measured my gums! When I asked about cavities or anything else she said that she had "already told me that my teeth look good." As someone that cares about their health and hygiene, I need more information than that. Later, she told me that I need certain *expensive* work done on my teeth. I found out from another dentist that this was not true. Not great, find a different dentist.

I had a very unprofessional first consultation. The doctor won't even bother to meet me for 2 minutes to explain, instead he sent his assistant who also was clueless. I do not recommend.

Ask for Dr. Gang Li, She is caring, patient and a great dentist. I had to have 5 teeth extracted and didn't feel a thing lol. The staff is very professional,kind and helpful at all times. Thank you ....Keoki

I'm usually not a person to write reviews but Dr. Li and her staff are really good. A few of my friends recommended Dr. Li and I am glad I listened. The staff at the clinic is respectful and nice. I had an excellent experience with Dr Li. She is very sweet, gentle and good at what she does. They will also look at your insurance and provide you with various treatment options that might work for you.
