I'm very happy I found this dental office. I needed a new dentist and I'm happy I've found Dr. Sirage and Beatrice, they make a great team. Special mention to Stelle who is a lovely dental hygienist. She's very attentive and gave a thorough education on proper hygiene. Everyone at the office is friendly and welcoming! Happy to be a patient here :)

The employees were professional and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable. David is amazing and he have a good upbeat attitude and very knowledgeable. This has been one of my best dental experience ever. Everyone please good check them out you would not regret it.

I love this place, everyone is so friendly and pleasant, I had free tooth extraction done by Dr. Ahmed Sirage; he made me feel comfortable, him and his assistant was very caring, concerning and showed a willingness to assist, just all round professionalism. I gave the maximum of 5 stars but would have given more; I recommend this place 100%.

Great Dental office. I know that going to the dentist can be a chore, but Miramar Parkway Dental staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Billing staff took the time to explain my coverage and out of pocket cost. Especial thanks to Maria, Beatrice, the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Sirage. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with no pain or swelling. I was back to work the next day. Now my whole family is coming here!

This was my first visit at this office I was referred by a friend and I should have known from their visit that this office is just out to collect money by any means because she had a lot of services down and after the insurance she was left with a hefty bill they Do Not have payment plans, she had to pay the full bill upfront. Nevertheless she said everyone was nice, office was clean. I only needed a cleaning so I decided to give them a try. My dental hygienist, David was great he explained everything, he was helpful and friendly his customer service made me agree to get the 1 filling down after the cleaning same day & the fluoride treatment. They gave me the billing form to sign and told me the difference I had to pay after they checked with my insurance I agreed and signed the paper. Now after the filling they informed me that the dentist had to drill further down in my tooth therefore the bill increased, now they do X-rays so how are they not aware of this prior to me signing off on the initial amount, the dentist explained the reason for the extra cost so I paid and left. After I drove off I realized that they did not do the fluoride treatment that was included in the cost, so I had to go back now if I wasn't going to the dentist regularly I would have not known that and paid for a service that was not completed. They apologized and did the fluoride and that was it. Now 1 week after I receive a bill balance, I called and the rep Rocesa who initially did the billing told me that my insurance downgraded the filling which caused my bill to now increase with a oop amount. I spoke to the office mgr Orin who said she would contact my insurance and check on the discrepancy and follow up with me, until now she have not followed up. I called Cigna and they explained that the dental office submitted different codes for the filling/fluoride which is what caused the oop to increase. It's safe to say this office need to NOT have patients sign a billing form prior to the services being completed. The entire discrepancy with the billing process, incomplete service and lack of thoroughness is the reason I will not return to this office. I would not recommend this office, I do not like discrepancies at any medical facilities and I do not like to be taken advantage of. I will pay this balance and be done. I also notice that the office is well equipped with high tech equipment and that is great but I do hope they are not up charging customers for that.

Very kind staff! The office is clean and well organized, I instantly felt comfortable. I went in for a cleaning and it was quick and pain free! Definitely will be using this dentist from here on out.

AmazIng staff and excellent care. Everytime I come I get treated like I've been going there for years and I have only been there for a few months. I hate the dentist with a passion but they make me comfortable when I come in. Love it here!
