I don't recommend this dentist office. I made my daughter appointment 3 months prior to her appointment!! Her appointment was at 2:10pm was in the waiting room for a whole hour before the front desk called me up to the desk and told me it will be another 45 minutes wait. Then a hour passed. My child did not get seen til after 5pm, yes I did say something cause my child was in pain I sit there as patient as I could. Then they took me back to a separate room. Nd still waiting. After 30 minutes they came got her. To Put her crowns on her tooth. And after another hour we was sent on are way. Two weeks later my daughter got a abscess on her gums right next to where the crowns was placed. I called and I was informed that they won't be seeing her no more cause I (her mother) was being belligerent... but what I don't get if I was being belligerent hostile and aggressive why did they proceed to still visit my daughter. That day.

This place knew my 8 year old grandson needed a tooth extracted on June 28, 2022 and they put his appt out until November 8, 2022. So on Friday July 8, 2022, my grandson told me he had a bump, having worked in the dental field myself for 18 years, I knew immediately that it was an abcess so I called and was told they would not even call in an antibiotic and had to wait until Monday. I am sorry but this is not acceptable so I called another dental office and they opened up an appt for him and I took him on Saturday July 9, 2022 and they extracted it and prescribed him antibiotics. I will NOT take him back and suggest you run from this placeDO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO MIRACLE LANE DENTAL! They will put your child off like they did my grandson and then when an abcess popped up on the same tooth he had a toothache in, they still did not get him in so I took him somewhere else that was not pediatric and they extracted it and now he is soooo traumatized that he has to have the rest of his work done at the hospital. I'm soooooo ANGRY at that place.

Been calling since Monday, was told I spoke to someone in office and I never have, I only left a voicemail that was never responded to, to be told today they don't extract adult teeth at all hate I wasted my week waiting. I LOVE Dr. Bridget, But It's Sad The Referral They Gave Me Was From Another Dentist With A 2 Star Review. I Don't Know What To Do Now, Just In Pain With No Solution

Have been coming here for over a decade with my children. Today we forgot our masks and had to walk down to the dollar store to buy some to be seen. Thank goodness I won't judge my opinion of here off the front desk. Everybody in back is amazing.

The staff is all very nice, but their appointments are MONTHS out, and they state they will put you on a cancelation list yet I have never been called. Their appointment setting policy prevents excessive work from being done in a timely manner. If you need two appointments for both sides of your mouth they refuse to schedule both at the same time but require you to wait the until your first appt which is months out in order to schedule your second appt which at this point would be approximately almost a year away. Their appointments are also never on time. Most days I find myself waiting 20 to 30 minutes past my appointment time. All if this I would assume is back office or management stuff. I highly appreciate the time and effort given by the dental staff and front desk.

I originally came to this location looking for some type of x-ray, and maybe some sort of breakdown on what I needed and how much it would all cost in the end, and possibly what my insurance would cover, and what my insurance I had @ the time, would not cover due to their 'breakdown!' I came in for my first appointment, not only did I wait over 45 minutes with a bunch of screaming ethnic children in the waiting room, they only gave me a x-ray and a cleaning that I specifically asked for on the phone, for it to not happen. So I accept the cleaning and at the end of the cleaning and x-rays, they give me a breakdown on what I need done and what my insurance would cover, so I thought cool, they did most of what I expected. They basically wanted about $900 a pop for any type of crown molding, which isn't that unheard-of, price wise..... Scheduled my next visit , first......ha.....it took two and a half weeks to get me back into the office, not on my part but because they were, apparently, so busy. Ok...well whayever....This was BEFORE this b.s CoviD-19. (If that gives you any perspective ) SSo I go back in for my SECOND appointment... (everyone in here just screams below middle.class for some reason..i dont mean that in a Bad way, just an informative way to those of you who had not yet visited this ....establishment) Of course at my second appointment, I wait another 35 to 40 minutes just to see the dental hygienists, not the "Doctor," of course but the hygienist, who is going to be doing the work on my teeth. Overall. They did an excellent job on this tooth that ended up being the entire reason that I came for the visit. My insurance had a couple free feelings left, so I used my last couple fillings. I needed two on my right side, and 2 on my left.. the Doc offered me an option, he asked me if I would prefer the left or the right side 4 the fillings. At the moment, (AND what did I Know!!!) I thought that the left may have needed more attention, however looking at the x-rays you could tell the right side was clearly in worse damage. So the doctor, without hesitation had the hygienist start on my left side as I was arguing back and forth with him to please do the right side first. He wouldn't have it because it was easier for some reason, to do the left side. Something about the two feelings being exactly next to each other instead of the right side, there was one tooth in between one of the two feelings I needed. These are the type of things I'm talking about, they do good work oh, don't get me wrong oh, but you can tell they are just trying to max out all of your dental benefits especially if you have Medicaid or low-income MHS, anthem, HiP Plus, Hip-Basic

They where really nice. But they didn't tell me everything that was going to happen until I was in the chair. But for the most part it wasn't a bad experience.
