An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

My first visit to Mira Loma Smiles was a very positive one. Dr Villasenor, Jessica, and Carlos helped me the most, but the entire staff was awesome. Even though I had to have some work done, they were thorough and the entire process was great. I was impressed and I look forward to future visits, and referring my family and others.

I love this dentist! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ton for several years. As a kid I had a bad experience. I was recommended to go to him and was happy I did. He is always concerned at making you feel comfortable and keeping your teeth healthy. He makes feel like part of his family.

I was very nervous to return to the dentist. Gave Smiles a chance and they were amazing. I needed ALOT of work and they made me feel very comfortable. Very easy to work with on price break downs, scheduling, and the work itself. Day 1, Maricel did a deep clean and was great always making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Ton was very informative on both visits, did an extraction up top and added a bridge which turned out so good even for a temporary. Aleana assisted Dr. Ton and also did a tremendous job shaping my bridge and making it fit perfectly and also ensured I was comfortable throughout her work. The phone calls in to make appointments along with scheduling them once I was leaving all had very friendly staff. I'd highly recommend this office. Thank you to all the Smiles staff for helping me find a home in a dentist office.

If you are looking for a new dental office, look no further; Mira Loma Smiles is the creme de la creme of dental offices! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel welcome ; Myra is an absolute delight, and whether it's first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon she is always kind and cheerful, has a smile on her face and that's noticeable even through her mask. It is so important to have someone at the front desk that has a exceptional personality and customer service skills, after all they are the person you first and last see in the office, and Myra has just that; she is a gem! All of their office staff have been phenomenal; Carlos was incredibly friendly and patient with me through my mild case of anxiety coming to a new office. He really took the time to make sure I felt 100% after my cleaning, provided me with extra water to makes sure every tooth felt smooth, and this may seem like a small thing but to me it meant a lot - he gave me paper towels to wipe my face/mouth after a dental impression. My previous office did not do this, and it would be slightly embarrassing to walk out of the dentist with noticeable products on my face and no one say anything. Again, a small thing, be he went the extra mile, and it as noticed and appreciated. Carlos you rock! Then there is Dr. Ton; he is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever had! He explains everything thoroughly, makes sure any of your concerns are heard and will give you his honest treatment plan and the best course of action to fulfill it. Meaning he is NOT in this to up-sell you on any treatment that you do not need. That was made very clear when he explained there were treatments both my husband and I had at our previous dental offices that were either completely unnecessary or done incorrectly. It is very apparent Dr. Ton cares for his patients, and will only recommend treatment that is necessary. Overall, as a result of the superb service and care this office has provided they have won over my entire family, and this has become our go-to dental office. Thank you Mira Loma Smiles!

Had a great experience getting my tongue tie removed with Dr. Bill Arnold. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Bill was so kind. He explained the procedure beforehand and answered all the questions I had. The procedure was painless and faster than I had anticipated. Dr. Bill walked me through all the exercises I had to do after and let me know I could contact him with any other questions. The frenectomy helped with so many problems I was not aware a tongue tie could cause. I had daily headaches with intense jaw, neck, and shoulder pain for as long as I can remember. Just two weeks after the procedure, the pain and headaches had decreased significantly. It's been about two months since removing my tongue tie and the pain and headaches are now completely gone. I am still shocked at how much better I feel. This procedure was truly life changing. I cannot thank Dr. Bill enough!

Omg! Very good costumer service by all the staff. They go out extra miles to help you. One person that stands out is Myra!! I will forever be grateful to her.
