I was called to pick up a retainer and then I get to the building to only find out I had wasted my time, gas and effort to get here. Try's to call the location, nobody answers. Calls again to get sent to someone else who tells me the location is CLOSED for the day? Out of a business, I expect better.

This orthodontist office was extremely nice , the staff were amazingly nice & respectful... I loved the complimentary goodies for teeth & lips , I would definitely recommend coming here !!

I have been having this toothache for over three weeks partly because my dentist moved away. I called on August 01, 2022 to make an appointment. My coworker referred me. My appointment was on August 03. 2022@ 3pm at 15115 Westheimer Rd, Houston,TX as it was the only location that could accommodate me right away. I was on so much pain. I got there early so I could complete the paperwork. I was told I do not have an appointment and there is no more appointment. How can someone be so careless. The doctors may be professional but the front office staff or corporate office staff that set appointments are careless,

I gave this rating due to scheduling conflicts and they got a new doctor in the middle of my treatments. Not to mention, the previous doctor was a lot better.

I highly recommend this place for orthodontic work. Dr. Dao is the best doctor I have ever seen. I wish more doctors are like him --patient-centered, other than money-centered. Nowadays it's hard to find a doctor in clinics that cares about what you genuinely need instead of recommending lots of expensive treatment plans or medications to maximize their profit. I went to this place for Invisalign, their price is way better than the other quotes from other dentist offices. Besides, Dr. Dao is very patient to hear about my issues and concerns, and use his professional knowledge and experiences to make the best plan that suits my condition instead of going for the most expensive one.

Everyone is always so kind and attentive here. The atmosphere is fun and they always communicate on how your teeth are doing if improving or not. Dr. Dao and his team are great, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist, to look into MINT Richardson!

I do not recommend this orthodontics office. The office staff was nice and welcoming, but the Dr was very rude and condescending.

I choose an 10 rating because the office staff and dentist was really nice, kind, and made sure that I was comfortable during my visit. Dr. Heath was kind and thorough with explaining to me my treatment plan and making sure I was comfortable and confident with the plan. Her staff is amazing and she is an amazing doctor.

What a fabulous, genuine, overall great experience!! The new staff - Ashley (OM), Derricka (Front Desk), Daisy (Assistant) - and the ortho Dr. Heath - I highly recommend. They treated me with such a prestige, respect, listened to my history, help make sure I'm getting the right treatment for me, and making sure in the end I have a great happy and really good looking smile! This is one of those places that I really look forward to my upcoming appointments!

We love Dr. Heath and her whole team at Mint in Richardson. The staff is great. We always feel welcome and cared for. They are always running on time, but don't rush you if you have questions. They have payment plans, which is great, since we have 3 in braces at once!
