I had broken my retainer and needed a replacement. I decided to go with Mint Orthodontics because of the reviews. I went through a short treatment period then were given the plastic retainers. I had originally wanted the wire ones because it seem that the plastic ones usually will discolor and break. Well a year and a half later, they did break. I was told at the time that if I needed a replacement, it would be $50 and they would be mailed. When they broke, I called to see about the wire retainer and I was told they are $265 each but I had to make an appointment. At the appointment, I was told that they wanted to scan my mouth to ensure my teeth had not shifted. Reluctantly, I agreed. Then Roland comes in and tells me that the price would be $265 plus $175 scanning fee which I was NEVER told about. He claims he was talking to his district manager because the notes on my account showed that I was NEVER told about a scanning fee and the district manager says there's nothing they can do about the pricing. Needless to say, my time was WASTED because I should have known the pricing upfront as I specifically called asking about the pricing. So if you choose this location, make sure you ask for all the hidden fees so you will not get a surprise like I did! Shame on Mint for not trying to make this right!

I absolutely love the Mint Ortho team in McKinney! I have never been disappointed with the service. The Mint team are super nice from the front to the back of the office!!!

The staff is always so nice and welcoming that's why I keep coming back! They treat me well and not just for my money. I've noticed Mint takes pride in the work that they do. And they always accommodate when there is an issue. Thank you Mint Dentistry!

Top notch service and smiles with every visit. From the moment you walk into the office, the environment sets the tone with always the right song playing to make you sing in your head, to the staff welcoming smile behind their masks shining through their eyes and their voices. Its even extra special during seasonal events such as Halloween when the staff gets very creative with their outfits and room decor. I started about a year ago at Mint McKinney for my Invisalign and this team has been amazing! The office is super cute, always clean and management is on top of things. The staff is caring about my needs and go above and beyond to work around my schedule. My teeth are coming along nicely and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Mint!

Dr. Bellan and her all her staff is excellent. Especially Roland (manager) any questions and concerns he is on it and gets with you real quick. Love her staff.

All the staff at Mint is great. My 9 year old loves that there is a tv in every room and the chairs massage. What more could a kid ask for whole getting his teeth worked on?

This place has been awesome from the start. I just picked up my invisilign yesterday and cant be happier. Dr Chris made things so easy and was very informative and genuine.The Treatment Coordinator, Lisbeth was super nice and extremely helpful as well, she put me at ease knowing that I'm deathly afraid of Dentists lol. I couldn't recommend this location more.

Love my experience so far with this location/ Mint Ortho! Dr. Bellan, the front office staff, and the clinic staff are all so welcoming, professional, and make the experience of getting ortho care comfortable and easy. I appreciate the discount to get Invisalign since my insurance has an age limit to cover the costs. The facility is so clean with high quality imaging too. Def recommend this location if you're wanting to get Invisalign or need ortho care!
