Trash! They pretend and give a lot of lip service to valuing clients and community but it's just lip service! My account was compromised and 1 payment kicked back and even though the account was paid in full 3 days letter noone contacted me to put him back on the schedule. Over priced incompetent and rude!

Exceptional service and care from theExceptional service and care from the Orthodontist and his team, from being greeted at the door to the close of my exam with the Orthodontist's assistant! I also need to give a shout out to the phone answering service team for their professional and friendly customer service on the occasions when I've had to call. Keep up the good work!

I was told over the phone by Craig in billing that a check was an acceptable form of payment. I sent my daughter today with a check for services and she was denied. She called me and told me they do not accept checks. I called billing, spoke to Craig and he was dumbfounded. He called the Duncanville office and got it squared away and they were able to accept my payment. I called the Duncanville office back and I was told they did not accept them because they do not have a stamp. Well yall need to get a stamp! Or get w billing so the conflicting information can stop! Im so tired of the offices in our neighborhood not having their s@%& together. Signed frustrated w Dr. Field Harrisons Duncanville office!
