Professional staff that would work with you in any way they can. No waiting on your scheduled appointment and in and out visits.

I just had an appointment with Mint Orthodontics to pick up more Invisalign trays. I didn't even see the doctor. I was only helped by an assistant. The assistant told me, "looks like you're getting IPR today." So she goes to get the doctor and the assistant comes back by herself to tell me, "she said you don't need it". How did she know I didn't need it? She didn't even see inside my mouth. Is it even legal for just the assistant to work on a patient without the doctor being present? I don't even know if the doctor was truly in the office. Also, I never got a reminder text or phone call about my appointment. I used to get them until this one time. The hispanic guy told me it must have been front desks fault. Isn't HE front desk since he was the one who checked me in. I also didn't receive an exit text message asking about my experience. Mint is becoming very unprofessional.

All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The entire office was neat and clean. The atmosphere made me feel great and welcoming since this was my first visit at this location. I have been apart of the Mint Dentistry family for over 10 years. Way to go Cypresswood location. I can't wait to comeback.

My experience has always been amazing at this location. The team is so professional and well organized. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly and that's makes the world of difference. Keep up the great work.

The hours and times are horrible for working people. Each time I call I can never get anyone directly in the office. They are only open like 3 days a week. They do not offer Saturday appointments as a way of being convenient for people who work. Each time I have an appointment I am having to take a full day off from work. If you are not going to be open on the weekends, I feel like you could at least extend your weekday hours.

Being that I'm a huge fan and client @ mint dentistry of cypress Tx, I decided to give mint ortho a try! Upon appointment November 19th 2020 great work environment, the dr really did a great job of selling the Invisalign instead of the metal!! So I moved forward pad the initial deposit I was told that the Invisalign will be ready for pick on December 10th..I walk in on that date only to find out no Invisalign delivery mind you I've taken off (mint try to reach out to me a day prior by my vm wasn't set up) so I ask Constance to give me a call to schedule same day with orthodontist once she know that the alleged packages was or wasn't delivered to another vendor earlier that week, it's 11:30 am no call so I reached out again to see why I haven't received an update on availability for that day appointment which I was told the orthodontist had a spot for 1:30pm and was told by the management team member ALLYSHA that It will be an additional $500 fee since I no longer wanted the Invisalign...excuse me I've taken off so of course I was trying to take advantage of the situation at hand, Allysha has the audacity to mention a fee but not yet a delivery date for the Invisalign. It seem that I was the individual trying to modify and situation and not the business...I called Allysha on December 14 to check on a date to expect the Invisalign and nothing .. I guess the ortho side thinks because you were to become a client of them that can talk to you in any matter. I also sent Amber an email on December 14th and no reply yet. If there's a recommendable ortho in your area other than mint I advise you to do so!! I have the email as well no kind of consideration for the future client

This was my 1st time at this establishment and was I surprised. I was expecting a quick pop in get cleaned and moved out. However I received care as if I've been there before and had all my questions answered. I also enjoyed the massage chair and tv entertainment options while I was there. I recommend MINT for any of your dental needs.

I have had rough experiences with the regular mint dentistry, HOWEVER! this is not the case for the ortho office. The whole team was welcoming, had great personalities and I felt great about the service we were getting! Pretty reasonable cost for standard braces plan as well.

The overall experience was great. The staff, the atmosphere was excellent. However, I wasn't too happy with the way my two extractions were performed. I feel an extensive amount of push, pull and force was applied just to remove the teeth, she kept going from one side of the chair to the other trying to pull the teeth, and I was in the chair seemed like forever and my gums were slightly scratched in that area with slight bruising to my cheek! In comparison, I had another wisdom tooth pulled from Southern Dental and my doctor there had hands of a feather. She put a SMALL amount of pressure ONE TIME and the tooth was out!! She did it so smooth, I was literally waiting on her to pull it out and she was already done!! After the numbing process was complete, it took her less than five minutes to perform the extraction, and amazingly, I had NO POST OP PAIN or SWELLING AT ALL!!! PERFECT!!! I do understand all dentist are different with different skills. The dentist who performed my surgery was sweet as pie, but was a bit heavy handed. I have to have the remaining two wisdom teeth extracted, but I have to be honest and say I'm a bit skeptical about returning. This was my first time visiting Mint Dentistry and it was nothing short of the radio advertisement. Everything was exactly like the advertisement stated. I was just slightly unhappy with the surgery performance. Now for the post op healing. Let's see how that goes!!
