EVERYONE who works here is VERY professional and VERY knowledgeable. From the doctors to the technicians, to the front desk staff - ALL are great! Im not sure how much one is supposed to enjoy a visit to a dentist office (haha), but the folks at Mint Hill Dentistry certainly excel at making your visit a pleasant experience! Everyone from the dentists to the office staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility is modern, beautiful, and state-of-the-art. My dentist Dr Roupas and my hygienist Renee are very friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely care about you, not just your mouth (haha). I would give them 10 STARS, but there was only room for 5! Highly recommend them!

Im so thankful I went to Mint Hill dentistry today. Everyone was super nice . I saw Dr. Roupas which knew immediately what was causing a major problem I had been having since before Christmas. I had been to my dentist, my primary care, an ENT, and was at wits end. Today I finally got answers . They have the best , and most recent technology that shows what needs to be seen, much more advanced than bite wings. . I cant express enough how thankful I am!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas. I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas slow and steady hand, his and Amys patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didnt feel a thing!!! I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

After moving into the Mint Hill area, I stumbled upon this dental office, and I can 't tell you how glad I am that I did! My experience here was nothing short of spectacular! The office itself is gorgeous and is kept very well-maintained. The front office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Susie, my hygienist, was excellent! She was super sweet and personable, and she gave me the most thorough cleaning I 've ever had! My teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards! And Dr. Roupas was awesome! I can tell patient care is his top priority. He actually spent a lot of time communicating with me and getting to know me, rather than just coming into the room to do a quick 'check'. He answered all the questions I had regarding my dental care. Overall, I had an excellent experience! I would highly recommend Mint Hill dentistry to anybody who does not have an established dentist, or to anybody who is looking for a new one!

Dr. David Sullivan graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelors degree in History and Political Science. He then completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of North Carolina in 2013. After graduation, he completed his General Practice Residency at Georgia Regents University (Medical College of Georgia). His residency focused on training specifically in dental implants, dental surgery, full-mouth restoration and intravenous sedation.

He has a strong background in service and in dental school spent a month in Nepal on a mission trip and has plans to return. Absolutely, by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. I had to get two teeth extracted the day before Thanksgiving, and I felt nervous. However, I received honest advice, generous care, and excellent treatment from Dr. David Sullivan and the entire team at MHD. From my experience, this is the best dental practice in NC.

Everyone in the clinic is very courteous and responsive. This is my second visit here and I am very pleased. Monica, is my dental hygienist is pleasant and very concern about me and how to best take of my teeth. Dr. Sullivan was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I drive 1 1/2 hrs to see them, and I am glad I was told about this dental clinic.

Mint Hill Dentistry has become my new dentist as of a year ago. Dr. Sullivan and his staff have welcomed me warmly. I appreciate all of the kindness and non judgmental treatment I receive. My teeth are extremely sensitive to metal so I require sedation for my cleanings and all dental work. I am thrilled and thankful for my new dentist. The nurses are trained for things other than fixing teeth, apparently. They had a way of making a terrified person calm. I was the 'poster boy' for terrified on my big visit. Susie is the best hygienist ever. She is sweet and caring, calms my dental anxiety and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Burd is the best. He's doing some heavy duty work on me and he is professional and personable. I had my first visit with Dr. Sullivan today who is equally as awesome. And the staff cannot be beat ... Professional, patient focused, polite. I highly recommend!!
