I Polly never return here, they used all my benefits up for a cleaning and 5 unnecessary X-ray of my teeth!! Money hungry $1000 for cleaning that was rushed and 5 X-rays.. I been going to the dentist since I was a child I have never had to have that many x rays and $1000 bill... oh and I never received my free whitening kit..

I had an afternoon appointment so office looked busy, but staff all greeted me and were all very friendly and accommodating! The Dr and hygienist were informative, they made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Overall great experience and I left with a bit more confidence after my cleaning!

The wait time every visit was 30 minutes- 1 hour though I always showed up on time for my appointments. My first experience here was okay. I needed a deep cleaning the the hygienist did a subpar job. She seemed rushed and annoyed to be working on me. She did not polish my teeth after and when I got home I kept finding small pieces of tarter all over my mouth all night. The first dentist that worked on me was very rude to me and his staff. He made a few jokes about my teeth which I thought was very unprofessional, as I'm clearly there for him to help fix things. I needed to have a broken tooth removed and afterwards I kept having pain and could feel there was still a piece of my tooth sticking out of my gums. When I went back and let them know they removed it but then charged my insurance for their mistake which I was very upset about because I wanted to use as much of my benefits for the year as possible. He also performed a root canal and afterwards I developed a huge abcess above that tooth, my face was even swollen from it. When I went in to have them check it out they claimed they saw nothing and that my tooth was fine. I ended up going to another dentist who was able to help me and I have been going to her since. I would never recommend mint or return here. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the receptionists were so kind and the practice overall was very clean. Its just extremely busy and there is no personal care at all, which I have now realized that I need from my dentist.

I originally had a very good experience with this practice and wanted to hold off on doing cosmetic dental work following my consultation. I reached back out to retrieve the name of the periodontist that I was referred to only to find out they had no record of my examination,consultation, or a scanned in referral. I had to go as far as describing both doctors that saw me that day for the person to to realize that I didn't imaginate being seen. She was still reluctant to work on obtaining the referral and said that I needed to in go for ANOTHER consultation. It's really disappointing that the staff has poor documentation. I mentioned that I have PPO insurance and was calling other dentist around but found it much easier to reach back out to them being they had seen me previously. Her response was I'm not sure who's in Network but you can see any dentist that accepts your insurance. The whole point of me calling back was to find a dentist within the practice being I was so pleased with my first experience. I will continue with my search for a periodontist somewhere else so I don't have repeat visits due to poor documentation.

They wanted to fill 6 cavities. Went somewhere else and only needed 1. Hygiene did not feel right on the X-ray machine where I had to bite down on the same piece I just watched someone else bite down on. Only saw them briefly wipe it...no cover. Staff was nice but would not recommend.

Dr.Pham and Angela did a great job today fixing my teeth! I had whitening the day before and they were really gentle. They always check to see if I'm okay and let me know that everything is going great ! I definitely recommend

My jaw immediately started popping and shifting abnormally after I left this place. Hopefully, I am able to correct this because it is very frustrating. The dentist gave me a referral to a TMJ specialist which I appreciate but I will not come back here. While the MINT staff is always kind and I love the massage chairs/music, my dental experience as a new patient was not good.

I'm from Georgia and every since I moved here in 2018 I hear the mint dentistry commercials.. so I finally had the chance to check them out. There was a 30 minute wait. Nothing about going to the dentist is fun but at Mint dentistry they make you as comfortable as possible. over all it was a great experience. Thanks Mint dentistry I'm on my way to having sexy teeth .

Kelly is truly amazing!!! I will only come to Mint in Spring Texas!! My daughter is usually very scared of all the "dentist noises " :) but when I say Kelly's energy is really like a big hug Kelly thanks for your special touch. It was my first appointment here, new patient paperwork was sent to my email with no problem. Maria, Dr.Pham and Sumaya were absolutely wonderful. I was informed the whole process through as to what they would be doing to me and what was recommended as far as my oral health I would recommend them without hesistation.
