The staff is super friendly! I was lost on my way to my appointment, and the woman at the front desk was very patient with me as she helped me navigate there. That was before my appointment even started! Then, during my actual appointment, the entire staff was polite and friendly. I love coming to this office so much. I typically hate having to go to the dentist, but this location makes me feel so comfortable and at ease.

Staff are very friendly. The location is up-to-date and clean. They are pushy with procedures though. My check-up went fine and the dentist confirmed that I did not need any procedures but recommended deep cleaning, as it had been a year since my last cleaning. When I requested for regular cleaning, I was given the "take a few days to think about doing the deep cleaning" and was sent home. Went to my wife's dentist in Wylie and was told that I didn't need deep cleaning, and if I really wanted it, the deep cleaning would cost far less than Mint. Overall, I'd say that this place is quite pushy with un-needed procedures and overpriced.

You're paying for Dr. Harrison to be on tv. After my treatment plan didn't sit right and seemed incredibly overpriced, I got a second opinion. My new doctor was unsure how they were even able to make a diagnosis with the horrible quality of their X-rays and her recommendations are 1/10 the amount of work to be done. I think I'll keep going to a real dentist and watch Netflix at home.

Ive been coming to mint for years however I tried a new location and had the BEST CLEANING and after care recommendations with Mufed. Front desk staff was amazing also

I am so upset that I can't remember my doctor's name but, him and Keyona were AMAZING! I've been to Mint before and honestly had a terrible experience at the location I went to. It was rushed and just not an overall good experience, so I was leery of trying them again years later. But once I saw this location and how beautiful it was, I said to myself that the staff had to match and it did. From my check in process, getting fitted for whitening trays, the teeth cleaning process, the check up on my dental health in general, I am beyond impressed. I've already been scheduled for my 6 month check up. Ignore the negative reviews. I can't wait to come back!

Totally not your traditional dentist visit. They've curated a customer service experience unlike any other place. Great job from the staff especially. They all seem to enjoy their jobs.

No BS. I 've been going to Mint for years and always had a good experience. Today, I had the BEST experience with Dr. Yadav. Hands down, Best Dentist! First review I've ever submitted for teeth care. Thank you Dr. Yadav. Wish I would have known you sooner prior to today. I will make sure to request you going forward. I hope you all have a blessed day!!!

Absolutely a terrible experience. Go to a real dentist, this place is a joke. Good reviews get a free whitening, keep that in mind. Doctor is after you to get everything done to make money. Switched to a better dentist and most everything they wanted to do was unnecessary. Leaches here that will ruin your dental health to fill up the bill.

I'm not one to leave reviews, hardly ever. But I have to for this office! I have severe anxiety and because of bad dentist experiences in the past, I haven't kept up with my dental care for years. I started going to the Richardson office and in the middle of having work done several months ago, I had a panic attack in the chair, with all the instruments in my mouth. The staff were very kind and understanding, took everything out of my mouth and gave me a minute to breathe and everything. It took longer with the breaks, but they were patient and we got the work done that needed to be. When I came back for a deep cleaning yesterday, they gave me nitrous and again, were patient and gentle. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have severe anxiety. It's nice to see a place with staff that is understanding and accommodating for people with anxiety--places like this are hard to find.

My boyfriend initially called this mint dentistry location for emergency pain and miss Norma. Z got him in the same day. From the front desk to the back staff, everyone was beyond impeccable with amazing communication all within! I highly recommend to anyone who is in search for a general dentist.

I called the office yesterday to schedule an appointment. I did tell the receptionist what type of insurance I do have and that I did get their number from the insurance network that they are listed in. She confirmed that they do accept this plan and scheduled me for this afternoon. Based on that, I went ahead and took this after noon off work, This morning I received a phone call from their office asking me to email them a copy of my insurance card followed by another call stating that they do not accept my plan. when I told the receptionist that they confirmed the plan yesterday and they should remove their name from the network to avoid this kind of situation, she rudely replied " Don't worry about that and I did remove your appointment" and hung up. She did not even try to apologize for her office screw up.

I made an appointment and got 2.emails.and one call in the same day to remind me to fill out the paperwork, which I did. Once I get there 4 days later the y don't have all my insurance pulled and want me to agree to pay for services that my I surance would otherwise pay for if they pulled the benefits. Then I had to make another appointment to go back and was told that they would also put in a request to another service I needed done. Once at the appt which I got to 1 hour early I waited for 25 minutes to get called which I had no complaints about since I was early but when I sat in the back and waited for almost and hour for the doctor who spent her time laughing with a tech, I was completely speechless at how they run this practice. 2 months passed and I had to call them and ask them why hadn't they called me because I spoke with one of my dental plans and they said the issues a quote. So another 2 weeks go by and then they give me a number they think is sufficient without getting the claim to my second insurance. They are lazy and just want your money I tried to look pass their unprofessionalism as a fluke but now I see they just don't care.I will allow my benefit to expire and just go somewhere else.

I tried the Plano location first and they made me feel like I was in the ghetto. From the dentist to the receptionist they were all horrible and made me feel mouth shamed because I hadn't been to the dentist in 14 years. So I changed to the city line location in Richardson. The receptionists and dental assistants are especially wonderful pleasant and professional. I didn't feel embarrassed to be there. I was a little shame to get my deep clean because the hygienist was so fine, but he made me comfortable, he was gentle & so nice. when I got my wisdom teeth pulled the dentist made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. The staff at this location is wonderful for someone like me who is deathly afraid of the dentist and embarrassed to let someone look in their mouth. They also allow split payments as you're getting work done instead of it all up front. And the wait time is impressive, they call u within 5 mins if that. They also have snacks to eat. and mouth wash in the bathroom if u need to freshen up before going in. Both locations are very clean and nicely decorated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they moved a little bit slow on the lab work which ruined my vacation but other than that this location is awesome.

By far one of the best dentist offices, I've been to in my entire life. Great customer service upon entry from the receptionist. Great care and service from the entire teeth cleaning staff and doctor. Very informative and a truly genuine experience. Can't wait for my next 6 month inn cleaning appointment haha!
