My father went to this mint dentistry in Plano and couldn't help but explain how he had a fantastic experience in this facility. Everyone was respectful and kind to his needs. A specific guy, Nick, was beneficial to my father and was relentlessly trying to get help to relieve the pain in his mouth. Nick was very professional and patient. My father was very grateful that Nick went above and beyond to ensure he received some relief. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist that has excellent service and puts clients' needs above anything. Thanks, Mint!

Let me start off with saying, I normally HATE the dentist! But after meeting Dr M and her wonderful staff, I am starting to change my mind about the dentist! Her staff is warm and welcoming to not only me but my kids as well. The entire cleaning process, exam, and treatment plan as gone smoothly. She does such a good job of explaining the care you need and why. The dental hygienist is also very knowledgeable and gave me some great at home care tips! I've definitely found my family dentist!

I really really wish that I would've done my due diligence by sifting through the pages of "excellent comments" that were solicited (bribed), to actually pay attention to the real ones. I have been a patient here for years but sadly, I believe it's time for me to cut ties with this place and find a REAL dentist. It seems that every single time I come in for a simple cleaning, there is always more and more work that need to be done. When you decline the staff send become snappy and rude. These people are really only after all the money they can get and are not too concerned about the actual health of your teeth. It was recommended for me to get several fillings, several root canals and an extraction. I opted to go ahead and get the fillings done. Since then I have had so many issues with my teeth and can't even eat. I called and went back to get my teeth adjusted and still am having issues. I wasn't having these issues before and I am regretting getting this work done. Dr. Shin did my work and each time I have been serviced by her I get very pushy vibes. Actually I get pushy vibes from all the staff. Their marketing is top tier but actual service is in the dumps. I hate I didn't get a serving opinion but I have decided to just go elsewhere because I can no longer put my dental health at risk dealing with these people. I would advise you to just stay away from here. Please, for your own good.

I went there to get some dental work done after my one of my friend recommended them , first I got my teeth cleaned , everything was fine till I mention to lady hygienist that I have loose crown , she said yes she noticed that ! I asked if I can get that fixed ! She contact their doctor !!! Doctor said !!! Well whenever the crown fall off you can come and we fix it !!! And also I have 3 sensitive tooth that I'm sure they need new filling !!! They said I need to come back in 6 months !!! I left their office unhappy ! If my crown fall off !!!??? Trust me I can go anywhere to fix that !

Once they max your deductible you just another customer and they just charge my debit card without any explanation and they will not give you an explanation until 10 days from when you call

Great experience through and through at Mint Dentistry in Plano! From the moment I stepped in, with the aesthetics and cleanliness of the place, to the smiles at the front desk, then the superb bed side manners and extraordinary Expertise from Dr. M, the kindness and attentiveness from Keanna, and the perfect cleaning job by Lindsay. I can't say enough about how great this place is. I highly recommend it to all!!

I always have a great experience when I visit Mint Dentistry on Coit Rd. The staff are professional and everything is explained to me in a manner than ensures I understood what is happening , how much it will cost and what's covered by insurance . I highly recommended this facility.

Dr. M is excellent! I am so happy she is at the MINT closest to me. My hygienist, Lindsey was very good and efficient in her job. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

As always my visits to Mint Dentistry go extremely well. But today was even more exceptional!! I received my numbing cream shortly before the anesthetic. I love the way Mint suctions orally after using the numbing cream. I once swallowed a small amount at a different dentist and it was a horrible experience. It was like death was pending. I honestly didn't even feel the stick from the needle. I would highly recommend them over any dentist. Mint feels like home. I also love the massage chairs and Netflix. And if movies aren't your thing Mint has Pandora radio.

Dr. M is the best Dentist I have ever been to. She is compassionate and very conforting and non-judgmental at all times. She makes someone like me who is very uncomfortable going to the dentist feel like it is okay to show up for my appointments because she has a great office manager, Nick, who makes everyone feel important. Dr. M and Nick ALWAYS TAKE GREAT CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY! Thank you Dr. M and Nick!!

Such a great experience, I went in for a routine check up and ended up needing a fill. I wasn't happy but the team made me feel so comfortable. That numbing cream works wonders. Lindsey is amazing and was very gentle while doing my cleaning.

This was my first visit and I did not have to wait that long. The team worked on me immediately and took care of me and my concerns and did not make me feel judged in anyway. Kept me comfortable and communicated frequently and well. Thank you for the great experience.

Very positive experience! My hygienist July was Awesome! She did my teeth cleaning and explained everything about what was going on and what the hest plan for best results. Made sure i understood. I would like to get her again. And the young lady that did my polishing didn't want to mess up her name was Awesome also. Good staff!
