The staff here is really friendly and professional. My visit was amazing considering I hadn't been to the dentist in so long!!! Just got my first tooth pulled and it was awesome thank you Maddy for being very informative and s/o to the man who pulled my tooth love yall guys !! Would highly recommend this bunch to any and everyone.

Mint Dentistry was the first and only dentist I have gone to since moving to Houston. I have been going to Mint Dentistry since about 2015. I love them. I have been going to the Pasadena location since about 2016 and plan to continue. I tend to book the earlier morning appts because I have experienced high wait times otherwise. Sometimes you see the same Dr each visit sometimes you don't, but each Dr that has examined my teeth was professional, genuine, and took good care of me and my pearly whites. I enjoy listening to the Christian music in the waiting room as well. At Mint Dentistry, I feel I am taken care of and feel that my teeth will continue to remain in good hands.

Nice clean friendly office greeted with the utmost respect most of all the professionalism is at an all-time high they make me feel comfortable and reassured me in their work they were responsible and every detail permanent dentist office for me plus the waiting room is fantastic real futuristic loved it would recommend this place to anyone that's uncertain and choosing a dentist this is the number one place for me I highly recommend it

I have going to Mint for about 2 years now and I must say... they have done wonders for my smile! I am more confident and less self conscious thanks to Mint. The staff is phenomenal, everyone from the Receptionist to the Dentist! The entire staff is amazing! Oh and let me not forget about the comfort that's provided... honey, at what Demtist office can you get a massage and listen to your choice of tunes or Netflix and chill? Let me tell u, Mint checked off all my boxes. It's a one stop dental shop!

Expect to wait hours, I came in for a basic cleaning and even filled out paperwork online ahead of time to avoid doing it here and I still have to wait hours just to get my teeth cleaned. Nice place, friendly. But I rather go somewhere else that's quicker and knows how to manage clients and time. You can tell this place is highly disorganized if they don't know how to manage time and clients. This was the first and last time, I come to this place.

Omg there's nowhere else I would but mint they are very professional polite nvr have additude and they make you feel so welcome the Dr. Hes jst a sweet Dr very very nice and he shows you and explains to you wats really going...receptionist wow amazing she made me feel like we have been friends forever I will nvr go elsewhere the best I give them a 10 anyway keep up the good wrk....

Great group of people at mint. Real comfortable there. I used to go to Jefferson dental which I Would never use again. They put money over quality and don't value a person's time. I sat in a chair for 4 hours at Jefferson dental for a cleaning and one extraction because they chose to fill up all chairs and have only one dentist taking care of 6 patients . She would go to each patient for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time. When she came back to me the fifth time to start the extraction she was sweating over me and obviously tired and overwhelmed I told her to stop and not worry about it. You won't have any issues here at mint they take care of you right away and when they start something they finish it. Great experience hands down and if you are looking for the best dentist and service look no further than mint dentistry! Especially the team in Pasadena TX

This is the worst place ever! They saw mother in law last Friday, they told her extractions were needed and could be done on the same day but my mother in law wanted to get her inflammation down prior and was given pain meds. Mind you her insurance was already verified and was told what her out of pocket amounts would be. We called this past Monday and spoke to a Ebony who said her insurance was good to go and everything was covered and made an appointment for this Wednesday at 1:30pm. I received a text message yesterday about they had questions regarding her insurance but it got too late to call back. The morning of Wednesday, today I received a voicemail from a Natasha stating extractions were not covered. I called back and spoke to Natasha as to how in the world could extractions not be covered! I advised we were told on two occasions that everything was and even given out of pocket amounts. I was very upset as my mother in law is older in age, in pain and was turned away! Who does this to the elderly!! Unbelievable!! People Stay Away! I called their corporate headquarters and had to leave a message..hahahaha of course ! Crooked place I tell you!

I'm so upset. My appt was for 9:30am and I just left 11:15 with no teeth cleaning. And I missed a whole appt because they took forever! Wasted my time. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

Shout Out! The Mint Team in Pasadena is so amazing. They really make you feel that you important to them. The team is so caring and polite. I really enjoy my visit every time I go. The Best Team Ever!!!!!!

Office staff always ruins the experience. Rude, condescending and just aren't on top of things as far as insurance, payments etc. One time they kept making me pay and refusing to see me because I "had a balance" so I finally got a hold of my insurance and found that they were just being impatient and I was over paying. Also, after my procedures, my teeth are sensitive and bleed when I brush.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist!!! Seems like they just want your money!! I went in for a routine cleaning that my insurance pays for twice a year. I received the x-rays while I was there. Then all they did was give me a quote for $800.00 saying it would be the price to receive a cleaning. I asked why it was so high and the girl at front desk said it was my insurance charging that. Every other dentist I've seen has cleaned my teeth at no cost to me. I would love it if a manager could call me back to explain why the price is so high when my insurance pays for cleaning twice a year.
