These guys are completely over rated my experience from start to finish has been exhausting and unresolved day after day month to month. Can't reach anyone in any department. Always getting the runaround and put off. Same storyline with each call day after day month to month. Please live up to your mission statement and core values at the very least.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The Dr was very informative and concerned about all I was going through. The decor made it feel very relaxing. Not like any typical dentist or Dr office.

The staff was attentive and thorough. My teeth have never looked better. I appreciated that they give numbing gel for basic cleanings for people with anxiety over the dentist.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional I made my appointment weeks ago took off work so I wouldn't miss my appointment and I get here on time they tell me my appointment was moved because "no confirmation" was made EVEN THOUGH I MADE THE APPOINTMENT!! The person who "helped" me said there was a policy that wasn't even on the email nor anywhere in the confirmations! How am I supposed to know your policy??? Now I missed work and can't even get my teeth cleaned! Mint losing its value day by day!

I tried this location for the first time. I normally go to the one on little road. My teeth now hurt after my cleaning. I was gashed with the tool on my left bottom tooth and it is now irritated. Normally when I get a cleaning it never hurts. I love mint dentistry just will not be back to this location.

Very slow service. Only came for the triple whitening and a cleaning and my visit was over a hour n a half long. Very disappointed bc a few people I know go to other locations and love it. Definitely don't recommend the Arlington location. & still didn't get the FREE WHITENING! Will never recommend mint

I am a new patient of Mint. I found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and very helpful with the the insurance process. I recently got a cleaning and a few fillings done here, the hygienist Jennifer was really informative and highlighted the things I was doing well and what I need to improve with my cleaning. Overall a great experience.

Great service, big shout out to doctor Chin and Mr.Lamar so much confidence after leaving the office. Great environment with quick and healthy service! And with a beautiful and great service from front desk! I would recommend my family and friends. Thank you guys for letting me walk out with a smile. Thank ya so much and for working with me.

Mint dentistry has been taking care of my teeth for several years now. They make sure I keep up with my cleanings and they keep me informed on whatever is going on with my teeth. They staff is awesome and friendly

Although my mouth is sore (which I expected) I am SO PLEASED with the care I received at MINT dentistry - North Arlington today. They took such good care of me. They listened to me about my anxieties and helped me be less anxious and they were very patient with my struggles. They absolutely live up to their ads!

I tried them in 2017 and had problems. I thought I would give them another chance since my dentist wasn't available and again, disappointed. It's hard to believe everyone needs a deep cleaning. From my child in Houston at another MINT office, to myself and my 8 yr old. I think this is what they use to get the extra money. Then they won't do a regular routine cleaning without it. Back to my other dentist I go and my child back to his Pediatric dentist.
