My dental assistant Marcus at the Norcross location is super excellent he made sure I was comfortable and calm , I'm mad I found this dentist so late but now that I found them I will not be going anywhere else

I visited this dentist a month ago. I am having issues obtaining a simple copy of my bill showing a list of charges. Instead of being sent the bill as requested I'm receiving notices about my account being sent to collections. No one at the office can tell me how much I owe. Take into account I paid for services up front and my insurance was billed after the fact. Horrible customer service.

The kids and I had a great experience, and my 7-year-old said the highlight of the day was "getting to go to the dentist!" Staff was all very friendly and professional. Marcus showed off his great sense of humor and set us all at ease as he took x-rays. Dr. Arik was friendly and quick. The hygienist did a very thorough job and showed patience when my 4-year-old wanted to watch what was happening in my mouth. They put together treat bags that thrilled my kids with several toys in addition to the expected toothbrushes, flossers, and toothpaste samples. Office feels sleek and contemporary with a TV that will play Netflix of your choice and dental chairs with massage and heat options to keep you comfortable during the visit. We were not at all pressured to take unnecessary treatments or told scary stories about dental mishaps. Because my dental insurance covers preventative care at 100%, there was no charge for our visit (pending insurance approvals). Made our next appointment for 6 months out, and we look forward to returning.

I love the atmosphere and the entire staff. Everyone from the front desk, X-ray technician, hygienist to the DDS are so friendly and make the fear of going to the dentist a fun affair.

Very impressed with the customer service. They are quick and efficient. Definitely for the busy individual that need to keep their dental health up and on the go. Progressive with all the modern amenities, such as a charging stations, and relaxing atmosphere with the latest music playing in the background. If you're looking for different and a more modern vibe for your Dentist, highly recommended.

I want to be clear. I am a super fan of the Mint dentistry brand. The first location I visited was in Lilburn. LOVE it. So I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this Norcross location. The person who checks you in, not sure of his name, was really hard to communicate with. He does not communicate well nor clear. I walked in and told them I had health insurance but I do not have a card because it won't load. I asked what he needed so I could get it. We spent an obscene amount of time of him repeatedly asking me if I had a card or if I had a member number. When I clearly initiated the conversation saying what I had, the group number. Eventually, my husband, out of frustration instructed me to call our insurance. I called our insurance to get the information needed, went back to the young man and said "I have the information, group and ID number". First thing out of his mouth was, do you have a card? I told him no, here is what I do have. I didn't ask for a card because you said you needed the information. Not the card. He takes the information from me, and then tells me that the insurance office closes in 7 minutes. I asked what does that mean? He said it means you'll have to wait. I said wait for what. He said the insurance verification. I said I don't know what that means, can you explain what that means? He said you'll have to wait for them to verify the information. I asked does that mean I can't get seen today because they close in seven minutes. He said yes, because I need them to verify out of pocket expenses. I told him I would just reschedule. I asked to be rescheduled for the Lilburn office. When I left I asked my husband if when he called to make our appointments if anyone informed him on what would be needed. He told me no. The woman simply scheduled the appointment. We could've avoided driving out here if it was going to be this. I hated this experience because every visit I've had to Mint the teams have been super accommodating and clear. They have communicated extremely well and addressed questions and things I may not have understood. This interaction left me frustrated and with a headache. I feel like I wasted my time coming here when I should've just stayed at my home location.

Haven't been to a dentist since 1995. These folks made me comfortable from the front desk back out the door. Keep your teeth healthy visit Mint!! You'll thank yourself later!!! Great staff great doc!!!

Great experience. The doctor and all assistants were professional, honest and made it a pleasant visit. We joined the discount membership because we didn't have insurance and paid out of pocket and they still treated us like we mattered, we appreciate that. Some others could learn how to treat their patients. We will diffinately return and refer others.

Dr. Keith is amazing!! He's funny, kind and wants the best for teeth and gums! I had a great 1st experience with the entire staff and found a new dental home. You also get free teeth whitening trays with your cleaning!
