I absolutely love Mint Dentistry. Been with them for 13 yrs. Even done free work to make me smile. I had good insurance but in my heart I know my insurance did not pay for all the work that were done. I do not usually do Reviews but I tell you ; you will never find such genuine God fearing medical team.

I wanted to love this place but unfortunately they will no longer get my business. After making an appointment and sharing my insurance they wait until the morning of my appt to say I was no longer in network. The dentist was very short after I told her I only wanted a cleaning and no additional services. So I told them that day thanks but that I would not be returning. Fast forward my insurance sent me a check to cover services so I waited for Mint to send a bill. I finally got a bill requesting payment within 5 days or go to collections. No big deal I had the money to pay but the threats that I needed to surrender the check immediately were rude. I paid and won't be returning. Please verify you are in network before your appt. They seem to wait to tell ppl when your sitting in the chair.

Dr. Mallet and Dr. Yoon are great doctors, they are very professional and sweet! All of the staff was awesome. Loved my experience at MINT!

Friendly staff. They listen to what you have to say. No long wait time ever. I definitely recommend this location.

As always my visit was fantastic! Love the atmosphere!!! Always feel welcome like family! Highly recommend mint as you're dentist home!! Exceptional dental care. Angel was angelic and Hang did a phenomenal job on my deep clean! Like who brags about a deep clean!?? Me that's who. Good job team! The whole experience is magical.

I move to Mesquite few months ago and was happy that a Mint Dentistry was only 5 minutes from me. I originally went to Mint in Addison. The staff at Mesquite was nice and professional. They dont have adequate parking and I had to fill out new patient paperwork even though I came from Mint in Addison. Therefore none of my information was transferred and tried to charge me deductible again.. I was scheduled for my standard cleaning & had issue with one tooth. Xray done and show the filling had came out. Therefore discussed doing the filling and also cleaning. I agreed. Worst experience in my life. I am not sure what was used when the dentist did the filling, BUT it burned my mouth/lip. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly, professional and gentle!! The molding for my whitening trays felt like a treat for my mouth!!! Or maybe, I need a vacation

Had a dentist appointment and dental insurance aswell was wanting free teeth cleaning for my first dental appointment. Had me sign papers and wait just for X-rays and pics of teeth

Get prepared to be Overcharged for X-rays you probably don't even need. And don't expect them to do a standard cleaning because their option is everyone needs a deep clean that your insurance will not cover!! Be Aware Ask Questions!!

The problem with this location isn't the dentist. It's with them little receptionist in the front that don't know how to properly communicate important details that are needed. They failed to mention that they were out of network with my insurance provider before getting my service done. I just recently found out that they were out of network months later after receiving a final notice over money that was due (the first and only email that was sent btw).I've been to this location many times and I've never had any issues until now. Mint dentistry claims that they meet the standards that are set by the ADA but I beg to differ. Everybody in the facility should be educated on the ADA code. This was just a huge inconvenience for me and I probably won't ever go to Mint Dentistry again however I am grateful for the people who helped in customer service and James the manager as well. Mint dentistry takes pride in saying "how can i make you smile today" when in fact y'all did the complete opposite for me today.

The worst! They sent me a finale notice for collection, on a $10 bill I had no clue about! I have two dental insurance companies, they never told me I had to pay $10. On top of that the right side of my mouth wasn't hurting until I had work done in that office. I went 3 different times so they could see what was causing the pain when I chewed, they still didn't fix it! I didn't go back, because it's just a waste of time, and even though it's their fault, they keep billing the insurance company, taking money from the work I need done for the other side of my mouth. I do not want to deal with this company any longer.

Love going to this dentist! The doctors are considerate and amazing. Angel was an AMAZING help and answered all of my questions as well as Dr. Shaw. Recommend highly.
