The hygienist today (new) was soooo unbelievably rough. She kept yanking my cheek out way further than it's meant to be yanked for 2 hours. Dr. Lloyd does not yank at all like that when pulling a cheek open. Hours later and I'm still feeling so so sore from her yanking. She's sweet but wayyyy too rough. Last week's hygienist (also new) was pretty rough as well. Really missing the old hygienists that were amazing. Will be looking for a new location if they continue to be this dang rough when it's absolutely unnecessary.

Mint Dentistry are super cool. The people are wonderful!!! The Doctor there is awsum.i recommended them to my employees. And they all will be visiting Mint Dentistry soon.

I enjoyed my experience at the mint location in lake highland! I was a bit hesitant because it's not the best looking building, but it's nice inside and the team was great! I felt like my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and the assistant was so sweet. I would go back.

10/29/2022 Beware, if you receive a text message stating that you are scheduled for a Saturday appointment, call and make sure it is accurate. I have a 8:00am appointment and once I arrived I notice that no one is here. I check the website and it shows that they are closed on Saturdays. How did I get scheduled on that day, I am not sure but I am highly upset. I planned my day around this. Not to mention the text told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I believe this location use to be open on Saturdays, which is why I didn't question it. At this point, I do not want to come back. Just came from my first appointment here. It was awesome! Staff is really cool , nice, and laid back. There was no time wasted while there either. Everything was prompt. Also, I don't have insurance, but the plan I signed up for with them saved me so much! I made the right choice going to this one.

I Love it. Shoutout to the whole team. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Special shout-out to Dr.Loyd he was great with assisting me in making the right decisions explaining several different steps that were possible . Special shout-out to Patria she's the "Goat" of the office great team player. I really enjoyed the visit from the time I entered until the time you left. I have sooooo much more to say.

Friendly Staff, Dr. Loyd is awesome, Elizabeth, Cori, and Daisy are the best. The facility is very clean and a great location for me.

This location is amazing best xray tech in getting x-rays done quickly and pain free. The hygienist was also very professional and knowledgeable and did a great cleaning. Definitely coming back!

When I came in for my first appointment that lasted over 2 hours. I just had my 2nd appointment last weekend, I was asked to come in early because there was an opening. When I got there I waited 20 minutes in the front then called me to the back and I waited another 10 minutes. When the the asst came back to see me that's when I was informed I had to do my first visit again because they had a new doc. They did not tell me that when they asked me to come in early. I asked if it would be covered by my insurance and they said it was. I called my insurance on Friday and they confirmed it wasn't. So now I'm sure they will send me a bill for the exams and x-rays. After being there for an hour and a have did I get my free whitening, NOPE! Just Colgate whitening toothpaste. I have PPO insurance and I got it at my first visit. And because this visit took so long I missed an appointment I had for my daughter .

I had an excellent first visit at Mint Dentistry Highlands. The office is decorated beautifully with upscale and contemporary interiors. I felt very comfortable and my first impression was very positive. Customer service is exceptional! Celeste my dental hygienist made me feel relaxed and at ease. The entire staff is very warm, friendly and professional. I'm so greatful I chose this dentistry. It is also conveniently located near my home which is an added plus. You can't go wrong choosing this practice at any of their numerous locations. Job well done Mint Dentistry! Thank you!

My experience with Mint for the first time was amazing! The hygienist was Lisa, and she was so nice and had great customer service. Not to mention she got got my teeth together lol I 100% recommend.

New in town and My experience was fantastic , the staff was amazing , professional and polite and very helpful , a real warm environment and the office was the young woman who assisted me had extraordinary disposition and a real knowledge of her job. She was exceptional, Mint is Great!
