My hygienist was very gentle and very thorough with my cleaning. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and feeling so rich. Love this place!

The staff was very nice and very understanding to my low pain tolerance. They had an offer of laughing gas and I took it. My wisdom tooth needed to come out and I will go back and have other services done. Very accommodating. Some hiccups, but not too bad of an experience.

I had the best experience with doctor Amiko. She was patient and kind and very careful. She took good care of me and I cannot wait to go back again there. Also scarlet at the front desk is the sweetest girl ever. Such a nice environment and so professional. The best dentist in Katy !!!

I DO NOT like going to the dentist at all! I've lived in different cities and visited many different dentists throughout my live, but today I had to get a root canal and crown done with Dr Shoaee and Kate, they did a phenomenal job, they were very patient, communicative, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions in a very professional and polite way. They also worked very well as a team with each other making the whole process as fast and painless as possible. Thank you MINT dentistry for taking the time to hire excellent staff.

Was a little apprehensive, transferring from another location, they were running behind due to one hygienist, but the hygienist was great she interated to me, that she loved her job and she did a great job, her name was Sam, and if I go there again, meaning if they stay in the network of my dental insurance, I will definitely request her. Even though the hygienist l first encountered wasn't with the company no more, upon my last visit the hygienist did a good job, I've always been impressed with Mint dentistry.

All of the staff is great, the service experience is positive and the Dr and dental assistants are very kind and patient..They really care about making sure you have a positive experience.

Was a little skeptical since it was a franchise but all of the staff were extremely friendly and patient, since I asked a lot of questions on my first visit. I've had many bad experiences with dentists in the past but everyone here made sure that my treatments were comfortable and as pain-free as possible. Already made my next appt for cleaning. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you MINT staff in Katy! You guys are awesome!!! (Free whitening kit was a plus :D )

Horrible experience They stalk you for insurance like 10 times before you go They the hustle you for procedures not covered and talk down to you trying to convince you it's covered I walked out - never to return

MINT absolutely saved my smile. After my dog jumped up and chipped my tooth, I was able to make an appointment for the next day to be seen. Karson at the front desk was such an angel and helped me with all my insurance information. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant were able to squeeze in the entire procedure in around 25 mins and I left with my teeth looking completely back to normal. 12/10 recommend coming to MINT!

Honestly the best dental experience I've had! I haven't been to the dentist in two years and I was quite nervous but everyone was welcoming and accommodating.

So been going for about 1 1/2 years. I went for my third cleaning after six months and then in June was told I had 3 cavities. I got a second opinion and I have zero cavities.

Just came out from this business without seeing a doctor even after waiting for more than an hour. Utter disregard of somebody's time!! If you have all day, you can visit this place because you will be spending couple of hours (bring some food with you) otherwise I would suggest find a dentist that cares about patient and their time!!!

My mom had a terrible experience she went for crowns and they charged her upfront, when she had insurance and they there told her they wouldn't file a claim w the insurance then she called she her insurance ...come to find out they charged her out of pocket upfront and got the insurance money and called it an error !!! coming from a MA we would never ask a patient to self pay if they have insurance unless I was scamming or profiling.. taking two payments for one service is not an error... it's called FRAUD!

The team was awesome though I waited 1 hour for a cleaning they made that hour go by quickly with the constant attention to me. They offered water or something to snack on . Offered access to Netflix and attention to just checking on me every 10 minutes it was worth the wait. Thank you Mint
