A New Healing

This was my first visit at this location, all other locations were excellent. I went into this location for a routine cleaning and ended up not getting the cleaning. I went into the bay with "Elizabeth" and she began the cleaning. Because she inflicted pain to my gums and teeth, I moved INVOLUNTARILY. She looked down on me with a blank stare and said "Don't move again". I then took everything out of my mouth to explain to her that the movement was INVOLUNTARY as a direct result of the pain that she was inflicting. She kept with the cold stare and said "I've been doing this for six years, don't move like that again". I said "ok, I will try not to move". She hurt my mouth again and I immediately snatched everything off of me and leaped from the chair to find the manager or doctor. She ran to the manager and doctor to tell her lie before I could find them. I went to the front desk to ask for the manager and everyone was horrified, as they could hear everything. Well, the young lady alerted the manager on the two-way radio and asked her to come to the front. The manager took some time to come to the front desk and just sat down. I had to ask the young lady if that was the manager, she said yes, and I asked her to let her know again that I wanted to speak to her. She radio'd her again (even though she was sitting two feet away from her). She said "yes", just as unbothered as she could be. Now everyone in the whole office heard the conflict. I told her about what happened and she (unbothered) said "ok, sorry about that". The doctor didn't bother to come out. Now, I'm inconvenienced because I have to schedule another appointment to get the cleaning. When I went back to get the cleaning, I was shocked at the fact that they asked if I wanted ELIZABETH to come in and give me the cleaning........I'm gonna leave this right there. If I could give ELIZABETH a negative 10 stars, I would!!!! She has been in the wrong business for six whole years!!!!!!!!!!

My visit for a filling was horrible!!!! First let me start with the tech she took my Bp 183/143 for me that's not normal or for anyone I told her that's extremely high and she proceeded to tell me it was ok and then after a few mins she grabbed the bp monitor and hit the memory button 4 times and wrote someone else's no as mine. I told the Dentist when he can in and he told her to retake it. Then the procedure when filling a tooth they use a curing light at my visit the dentist filled the tooth then the light didn't work so they spent about 10-15 mins to get one. So this means my tooth is not set right by this time. (But still charged for the procedure that wasn't done right) never again!!!! If you have to go to Mint go to the Heights location well worth the drive... they are excellent at that location never any problems. The one in Humble was closer to my house so I went there closer does not mean better!!!! Never again!!!!

Completely satisfied I went for my routine check up and the front office staff greeted and welcomed me right away. Going to the back was a warm and pleasant feeling and the doctor was the topper. She was so sweet and took care of my needs and also passed on advice for future health of my smile. I really appreciate the great experience received and I will definitely continue treatment in the Humble location and recommend it to others.

Dr. Campbell is amazing she listened well and took care of the pain I was feeling, she also put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable her dental assistants Frankie and Temetria were awesome that went above and beyond to also make my visit run smoothly. The receptionist Jessica was outstanding she help me understand my co pay and all of my benefits. I love Mint they are awesome!!!!

I think it's only appropriate to mention, Ms.Jessica, Ms.Cynthia, and Ms.Giona is always professional with their gratitude towards customers. I have to say that the Humble location Provides a warm welcoming environment. 5STARS FOR SURE

I have been a going to Mint Dentistry for 4 years now. This was my first time at the Humble location. Staff was very kind, welcoming I was in a lot of pain. The doctor made sure to take care of my pain level and treat my issue. Overall experience was a good one for me!

Both my dentist and hygienist were very kind and helped eased my nerves. I came for a bite adjustment and ended up needing a cavity replacement. Even though this procedure took much longer than my appointment was planned for, I never felt like the team was rushing. They took great care of me and fixed my problem.

This was my first visit at mint dental. I just want to say the staff was awesome the hygienist was very thorough, and the dentist was very informative. Mint dental has updated innovative technology making my visit very smooth. They also make their own toothpaste and give you free whitening trays so that you could have "sexy teeth"

This office will make your follow up appts with out your knowledge and actually cancel the appts you do make two days prior if you don't respond with in the hour then have the audacity to charge you a cancellation fee if you miss the text for the appt you didn't make. I called spoke to Jessica the office manager who told me it was not that serious several times and I needed to calm down when I was not at all speaking neither disrespectful or loud. Called corporate asked them to pull the call to verify and will be taking my business elsewhere. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience but wanted to give the employee from previous the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having a bad day but this is not how you conduct business or retain patients.

Love this place ! Normally dentist make me feel uncomfortable (like most people ) but Ive had about 5 visits with them so far and had a few cavities filled the staff is always super friendly and truly listens to the patient

The ladies that helped me were so attentive and pleasant and respectful it was very clean and very well put together the ladies at the front desk were nice also each lady I loved the lady that cleaned my teeth she made sure I was comfortable and ask if was ok throughout the process I definitely will be going back for my operation
