I had a root canal and fitted for a crown yesterday. The dentist Dr. Curry and the dental hygienist Christina were excellent. Mint dentistry always does great work.

I had a visit on last Thursday at the cedarhill Tx location. the office wanted to double charged me for worl jat had not been done and I had a credit.. the financial lady told me that I lost the credit and since I did not come back to the Dentist in a timely fashion I would have to pay an additional $300 dollars.. mind you my teeth in the front had the issues and the temporary tooth had fallen out. I told her yhat I would mot pay out of my pocket for something the was covered by the insurance I asked her to put my temporary tooth back in and I left. I called the at corporate office last Thursday and she still have not returned my call after she took my name and number said the would investigate and call me back.. snd I have never had a problem with this office toll now. I am very disappointed that they seem like it's all about getting extra money and not the service.I will be calling back to speak with a higher up

For years I've dreaded visiting the dentist. Todays visit to Mint Dentistry Highland Hotel location was superb. From the receptionist, to the Dental Asst and Hygienist and the Dentist, I could not have had a better experience. I shared some past experiences that were very unsatisfactory and they listened! I now have a go to dental practice that is trustworthy and excellent at their craft.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. They are LIARS and they comment FRAUD. I came in for the annual membership because this is the only way they will provide a price for an exam without billing my ins. Scammer red flag #1. I was told by Faith that my payment info would not be kept on file for future payments. 6 days later my card was charged $200 from South Houston Mint Dentistry (after I had paid $150 for the membership). Scammer res flag #2. I called the billing dept., they said it would take 5-7 business days to get a response. 6 business days later, no email or call from them, so I called billing back. Finally got an agent to look into the issue. They say it was a "system error" that my info was still left in the "payment system", but removed from the "customer system", and they have no idea what I was charged $200 for (no product or service was connected with the charge). That is FRAUD. Do not go to this fraudulent corporate business for dental services. There are plenty of honest, trustworthy, local dentists offices that actually have INTEGRITY, and not just good marketing.

I HATE the dentist. Terrified, anxiety doesn't begin to cover how I normally feel. From the minute I walked in everyone was so nice. They made sure I was comfortable and ok the whole time. Everything I need done was explained thoroughly.

They just want your money. Come here looking for a new dentist and they told me I had 12 cavities (I've never had a cavity in my life), so I made the mistake of letting them "fix" them, and now my teeth hurt and are sensitive ever since. This was over 1 month ago. I don't recommend.

Doctor and assistant we're great! Had a root canal done, no pain at all and doctor made sure I was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Beware the bait & switch here. I was told cleaning was a much lower price, and then they attempted to get me in the chair before they told me a price. I demanded to know the cost of cleaning, x-rays & whitening beforehand. $1150! BEWARE

I've have heard so much advising about MINT and how "great" this place is. They're ALWAYS being talking about on 97.9 the beat as well as 104.5 BUT I find it very VERY weird and yet disrespectful that this location does not accept MILITARY INSURANCE . So does MINT dentistry not care or want the United States solider in there dental offices? Please explain this very soon because your dental office doesn't sounds very great since you DO NOT ACCEPT MILITARY INSURANCE. The united states soliders can go over seas to fight for you and your rights but MINT can't provide dental work to AMERICAN SOLDIERS? Yeah, that's very pathetic McKinney office.

The process was really easy, I liked how they showed me the prices before I had work done, and all the staff was very friendly! My hygienist, Tyler, amazing! He's very gentle, but does a thorough job cleaning your teeth. I also appreciated how Dr. Kerry was very concerned about my comfort while I was receiving a filling. I already scheduled my next appointment!

This office was Amazing and quick and Efficient, took me 40 minutes in traffic to get there I have one a few minutes away but this Office Well worth It. Thank You..We Love Highland Hotel Location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will not go into detail here, but please avoid this place at ALL costs. It is a scam and falsely advertises what insurances are accepted. I am devastated by this experience. I spoke with someone by the name of Cheyenne Durant from their customer service. She promised a follow up and has since then ignore my multiple attempts at contacting her. Worst experience from start to finish.

Called to confirm what time my appointment was set for today... A VERY "optimistic" person answered and informed me that since I never confirmed the appointment it was removed. I asked how I was supposed to confirm this? He stated text or email but then proceeded to state neither my phone # nor my email was even listed on file. So now, looking for another dentist. #SMH
