My experience here was very disappointing. I had an appointment for teeth whitening scheduled for weeks in advance. I reaarranged my schedule for this appointment, and even called multiple times with questions on how to best prepare for my service (the individual I spoke with initially was not able to answer my questions, which is why I had to call back and speak to other representatives who could offer more insight). As instructed, I completed my cleaning with my usual dentist's office 2 weeks ago (Southern Charm Dental - AMAZING facility if you are looking). Upon arrival to my whitening appointment yesterday morning, I was told that my appointment was incorrectly scheduled for another service. They were not going to be able to complete my whitening because the appropriate staff was not on site. I asked to speak with the manager or dentist in charge and was told they were also not on site. I was forced to call other facilities in the area and try to get a last minute appointment. I guess it all worked out, because I was able to secure another appointment at a different dentist's office (Connect Dental Specialists) that had superb customer service and was also a few hundred dollars cheaper! After my overall experience, I do not recommend Mint Dentistry - Greater Heights as a result of poor communication and lack of knowledge with front end personnel.

I had a great experience this morning at the Heights location. My crown came out and after speaking with Ana she ensured me that I will be taken care of. Harreta called me to the back with pretty and friendly smile then I met Dr. Vanderwall he just made my day. Great demeanor and understanding when speaking and treating my self. I enjoyed my visit. I was able to get crown restored. Great team work Great attitude This is my favorite location.

This was hands down, the nicest, cleanest, friendliness and most efficient dentist I have ever been to. The office is super nice and squeaky clean. I didn't feel like I was at a dentist. But even better than that.... the ENTIRE STAFF went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They were so kind and concerned about my comfort that it took away all my stress I had about seeing a dentist since my last visit at another dentist where I had bad experience, but my fear is gone now THANK YOU MINT DENTISTRY HIGHTS

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. They are LIARS and they comment FRAUD. I came in for the annual membership because this is the only way they will provide a price for an exam without billing my ins. Scammer red flag #1. I was told by Faith that my payment info would not be kept on file for future payments. 6 days later my card was charged $200 from South Houston Mint Dentistry (after I had paid $150 for the membership). Scammer res flag #2. I called the billing dept., they said it would take 5-7 business days to get a response. 6 business days later, no email or call from them, so I called billing back. Finally got an agent to look into the issue. They say it was a "system error" that my info was still left in the "payment system", but removed from the "customer system", and they have no idea what I was charged $200 for (no product or service was connected with the charge). That is FRAUD. Do not go to this fraudulent corporate business for dental services. There are plenty of honest, trustworthy, local dentists offices that actually have INTEGRITY, and not just good marketing.

This is the best dentistry yet! The staff at Mint Dentistry in the Heights are the bomb! So friendly and always smiling. Dr. Ben and Jordan are awesome, make a great team. I always feel so comfortable during my visits. Dr. Ben always does his best to make sure I'm satisfied. 5 stars all day long. I'm so pleased!

Use diligence. Verify everything. I was prompted for my regular cleaning so I booked. I was first prepped for an xray and nobody could explain why. I asked to confirm if my insurance would cover another scan so soon, and learned NONE of the services would have been covered. I walked out. The front desk could only say "I dont know what happened."

The quality offered is top tier but there were a few things that turned me off. First the assistant who helped me take my 360 radiographs had a smart mouth and when I can only assume when she noticed it rubbed me the wrong way is when she then attempted to be extremely nice. Dr Scott (I didn't catch last name) was extremely warming and made my time there a little more pleasant but then... when my hygienist came in to introduce herself and while making small talk asked "are you off today? Or are you in between work?" Probably didn't mean for it to come off as "are you in between jobs?" But I was already a little irritated at that point.

Staff at Mint Dentistry Heights are kind, compassionate, helpful, professional, and highly competent. They get you in within minutes. They even have a dental savings plan for those without insurance. Their prices are half of what my last dentist's were. Highly recommend!

Everyone was nice as soon as I walked in I was greeted by I want to say Steve but u could be wrong if I was having a bad morning he made it BETTER but overall Mint Dentistry in the Heights are the best y'all keep up the good work

MINT is good and Dr. Tan and Ms. Chris are awesome; love them. First reliable dentist I've had in a long time and I actually like her. Recently, had a crown issue I needed addressed before a medical procedure (and a after really bad week), she was able to get me in and fixed it.

Sat here for two hours had to leave at the 2hr mark. Staff never verified my second dental plan. Just over all horrible. Will be going to a different dentist.
