My first visit here was amazing !!! Did exactly what I needed , scheduled my next few appointments and everything. Everyone was very friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable! Not to mention the massage chair and Netflix while getting my work done lol great visit overall! Extremely happy to have found Mint

Everyone is awesome from the time I step in the office they began to take care of me. It's clean and very comfortable plush place. I will continue to get my teeth done there and will have my family come as well, mint DENISTRY is great.

Lindsey was great, I had a deep cleaning, which I'd never gotten before. She talked me through every step to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will continue to frequent MINT Dentistry with that kind of great service.

I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years. I am 53 and thought I'd better go. I chose Mint straight up from their commercials and glad I did. I didn't like the dentist cuz it always hurt and that's why I never went but the staff were so gentle, non judgemental, patient and careful. I highly recommend MINT whether you've been going regularly or if it's been awhile. Either way they will take care of you and change your mind about dentists! Thank u MINT

Baiting switching including dentists they don't finish what they start. Right in the middle of dental implants they quit. Pay attention older negative reviews apply.

Everyone was courteous and professional. I'v had over 10 hygienist and Mark by far is the best. He is nice, gentle, and genuinely care. If he leaves, I might follow hime if possible.

I came on board with MINT as customer and have had light cleaning and check-ups. About five weeks ago, I received a check from my dental insurance company. I promptly informed MINT, the same day. They advised me to drop it off at one of their locations to pay for my service. I did so promptly. The lady at the front desk inspected the check and documents sent to me ($269.10). She said everything was good to go. Now, five and a half weeks later, I just received an email from MINT threatening to report me to collections and ruin my credit if I don't give the check that I already physically put in their hands. I did nothing wrong and this is very alarming coming from a company I trust with my health and personal information. Now it looks like I will be using a good deal of time defending myself and credit from this false claim. I will be seeking a more trustworthy dentistry.

They wanted $3800 to do a root canal. Anyone who does a even a little research knows this is significantly higher than a standard root canal for this specific tooth (should be between ($1500 and $2000) - and then I was told that my dental insurance would not cover any of this amount, which was also untrue. I went to their competition and was quoted $1900 and with my insurance, brought the quote down to $1300. These people are probably ok for a basic teeth cleaning but I wouldn't trust them for anything else beyond that.

Awesome professional and friendly staff, very informative and thorough about exam information and more. Very welcoming environment. It's unfortunate that I will now need to go to their other locations as they will no longer be in-network with Delta Dental , so I hope the other locations are as friendly and welcoming as Frisco team!
