Very unprofessional!! Do not recommend The "manager" asked me to write my social security number down to verify my insurance. What? I've been a patient at Mint Denistry for years... at the Dallas location. Never heard of this before! The women at the front desk need to be investigated.

This is the second time the clinic has canceled my appointments. Not only for myself but also for my children. Not that they care, but it's extremely inconvenient to ask for time off work/school for an expected appointment just to be canceled last minute... Do better!

Today was my first visit to Mint Dentistry Friendswood and I'm so happy I made the move. Everyone is very friendly and professional, and make you feel so welcome. Thank you Natasha, Miracle, Tiara, Erika, and Dr. Mehdizadeh! I'll definitely be sending people your way!!

I haven't started my treatment yet. But I went for x rays and consultation with my son, whom has autism. The initial dental assistant was super kind to him and attempted to strike a conversation :) In addition, I didn't have my insurance card on me and the front desk or financial lady had all the patience to ensure that Mint would locate my policy. Kudos so far!!!

Everyone here is professional & goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable! There was a young lady filling in at this office in one of my recent visits (can't remember her name) & she went the extra to make sure I was a happy patient!

My appt was today at 8am. I was there at 755 am and walked in. The door was open. One worker walked in after me and headed to the back. So I planned on waiting for my 8 am appt. A young lady walks up from the back and states that you don't open until 8. I said ok thanks. She continued to stare at me so I really wasn't sure what she wanted me to do. It was awkward and she then said Well there's nobody here and they get here at 8 am. She was wearing a mint dentistry uniform. I said okay well its 757 and my appt is at 8. Because she continued to look at me weird. I asked "are you wanting me to go back outside and wait??" She said yes. I that time I decided to cancel my appt. I had way higher expectations from Mint dentistry than to be asked to wait outside for my appt when it was 3 minutes before my appt time. I actually thought I was running late since most place want you to do some paperwork if you are a new patient. I have been an RN for 24 years, and in all my experience, I would never ask a patient to do that. What is the purpose of your fancy waiting area. I planned on having my treatments there and then planned on bringing the rest of the family. I had also told my coworkers about me checking your place out and they wanted to know what I thought. The young lady was not rude and neither was I but I've never experienced that. Perhaps you should change how you handle that or you could lose more customers.

Every time I visit, it is always such a great experience! The staff is always polite and friendly! My teeth are always cleaned very good, and they feel very clean and smooth even up until my next appointment. I love coming here!! I will be back for my next appointment in 6 months! They give you free whitening refills, floss, and their own toothpaste at every appointment! Great job; keep up the good work! :)

My visit today at Mint Denistry was once again pleasing. To start off with i did not wait long, the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and the hygienist was very pleasant, professional and gentle and as always the dentist is very NICE.

I must say I didn't think No one could fix my teeth but I would wrong mint dentistry did a wonderful job iam so greatful I can smile again, take pictures if you want your teeth done right you better get over to Mint dentistry.

I asked for the latest appointment that I could get so I could schedule it around my work. I was told 4:45 would be my best option. Then 2 days before the appointment, I was asked to come in at 4:30, I rearranged my schedule and arrived on time for the 4:30 time slot. After sitting and waiting for 30 mins, they informed me that they cannot do my cleaning because it was too late. I spoke with the office manager and she told me I should have scheduled for 4:00 pm. Why would they tell me that 4:45 was acceptable, then change to 4:30, then to 4:00? If they would have said 4:00 in the first place, I could have made that work. Now I have to figure out if I continue with MINT or change practices, even though they have all my x-rays and I will have to repay for these at a new Dentist. This place is the worst.
