I was very pleased with the entire staff starting from the front desk to the Doctor. They were all so kind and courteous! The office was extremely nice and clean! I will be recommending them to my family and friends!

I had five cavities and I was very nervous about getting numbing for the procedure. Luckily Dr.Jones helped me to feel comfortable by being gentle and explaining the procedure in depth. And don't get me started with the front desk amazing plus the snack's !

The front desk is really nice and welcoming And I love getting the whitening treatments I think people only go because of that and their advertising is great But when it comes to doing the work terrible!! I had work done on my teeth simple cavity work and had to go back twice for them to fix It right. Not only that but the last straw was me taking my son there and them referring him somewhere else because they said they couldn't do the work he needed. they Reffered me to a specific place went there and they tried charging me 2000 dollars for work so I decided not to go there and went somewhere else when I called mint and asked for my sons records I was told that they never did X-rays, that they had no X-ray records there for we couldn't get them. my question was how did they determine what he needed done if there was no xrays taken? and they couldn't answer that. after long periods of being in hold and going back and forth i finally got my husband on the phone and by getting loud with them they determined that the X-rays were not good quality so they were not saved on to their system, which made no sense because first they said they never took X-rays of him but my husband was in the room with him the entire time and watched the whole thing then they turned around and said they did take Them but the X-rays were poor quality and when my husband asked for the records of the poor quality images they said they never saved them because they were poor quality but if they were such poor quality how did they determine a treatment plan? Needless to say my husband will be reporting this. We will no longer do business with mint. we took our son to childrens dentistry of Baytown amazing childrens dentist by the way if you need work done on your child this is the place to go. they said my son didn't even need as much work as mint nor the place they Reffered me to said my son needed which was a great relief hope this helps parents or anyone who is getting an outrageous quote go else we're for a second or third opinion like I did.

I'm extremely scared of the dentist but at mint dental I had a great experience I explained to them how scared I was and just talk me threw everything... I have to get a deep cleaning and they pulled out a tooth in the back that had a huge hole in it... they took they time claimed me down explained everything as they were going... they made sure I didn't feel any pin and if I did they made sure to give me more Anesthesia and Numbing cream I give them a 10 and from now on the only dentist I'll be going too great job guys

Dr jones was very supportive and clear with the direction I should go in. My extraction procedure was very pleasant, I didn't feel any pain through the procedure. Dr jones is a wonderful dentist and the East houston location has a very great staff.

I was really nervous going in because I knew I was getting and extraction done. The doc and techs made me feel so comfortable, and they were done in no time. The whole experience was no more than an hour and a half. That's from filling out paper work to the end of the procedure. I highly recommend

I got a call from office telling me my insurance covered my treatment then they told me when I called back to confirm what they said they deny it Then when I went in the wait time was long I think they messed up stitches were done sloppy Elsa was vary nice and helpful She deserves And also did not tell me what to expect after The extraction had to call to find out if I had a follow up appointment And they said that if I feel like that I need to have a follow up to give them a call back for a limited follow up which means that they'll look at you as long as they can build your insurance if you need more intense detailed inspection on their work Also confirmed that they did not correctly stitch my gum after tooth extraction Worst thing is that I ever been and the treatment is not all that they give you cheap sunglasses until you hey you can watch a movie this place is designed to take middle class people's money that's why you see them in the middle class neighborhoods

It's nice to go into this dentistry and see the same smiling faces greet you early in the morning! The new hygienist was also awesome, gave me the best teeth cleaning I've received to date!

Best Team Ever!!! If you are driving far it's worth the trip! I felt relaxed, welcomed, and completely cared for from the moment I walked through the door. The staff is amazing and very open the Doctor is the BEST I love her manners and how truthful and willing to explain every procedure honestly I waited too long to find such an amazing team as such!!! Don't wait for another second just take the time out for yourself and get those teeth worked on by MINT and the staff is what makes the difference in a place this staff is changing lives!!!!
