So this place has a central scheduler who doesn't know who the dentists are. They ask you to keep calling back and they think this is normal. There is someone sitting at the desk and still no answer. This is terrible business practice and after this root canal I will be taking myself to another dentist and will also tell others. Who has the time at work to make 4 calls bc they don't know who they work with. Get some photo flash cards for your workers...

Dr. Bell and all of the technicians and assistants are absolutely phenomenal. They paid attention to my comfort level and not just completing my procedure, and Dr. Bell spent more than enough time answering my questions. Henceforth, I will ask for appointments only with Dr. Bell.

Got a cavity filled here and I've been in twice since I got it done because the spot they filled keeps hurting. They have yet to fix it.

We went here 3 years ago and my experience was fine but my husband's was terrible. They told him they'd do a deep cleaning and he got there and they said well no, just a regular cleaning and then you'll have to come back to do the deep clean....because it was close to the end of the day and they had taken so long to get him to the exam room. He was up there for around 4 hours. And they still didn't provide the whitening trays. He had to call multiple times to remind them then go back up there for the product. Fast forward to today...We made an appointment ahead of time for basic cleanings, filled out paperwork, provided our insurance, showed up early to the appointment...He gets there and they can't find the paperwork. They say they don't have our insurance. Three patients that arrived after him are passed to the exam rooms. He keeps getting told 5 more minutes. Oh, and the appointment was for 8:45 and when we received the confirmation after filling out the paperwork online, they had for whatever reason changed it to 9. Extremely unorganized. People make appointments for a reason and expect them to be honored. Especially for a place that charges so much if you miss an appointment. Double standards.

Can not even get basic pricing information from them for a tooth extraction. Would not even give me a starting price. Bad customer service. Wants me to spend $140 on exam before they will tell me what they charge for extractions. Dirty business technique.

Horrible customer service. They are supposed to be the best but I have had a bad experience on my part and on behalf of my daughter at three separate events. If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. We wanted to try them out because of their advertising of being the best in the business. Now I will return to my previous dentist who has taken care of us for years. Other locations may be nice, but the Denton office is a no go.

Won't be coming back here. They try to force x rays with zero informed consent. Telling people with health conditions they HAVE to have them or they can't get a dental cleaning. Sorry, some people can't get X-rays for medical reason! Awful patient care!

I'm not very pleased, I went in 2 weeks ago with a tooth that was bothering me. It turned out to be a sinus infection. They exrayed the 1 tooth and said it was fine, and scheduled me for a cleaning and full exam today. Well they clearly claimed that appointment as a full exam because my insurance denied a 2nd full exam in <6 months. But I never received a full exam. I either should have been given the full exam when I was in the first time, or finished the full exam today. Clearly according to my insureance they were paid for it. I feel ripped off.

I've had all 4 quadrants of my mouth deep cleaned and a few crowns out in over the past few months. I've never really felt comfortable going to dentists because of past experiences but from the second I walk in the door I've been greeted like they know me(even before I started going more often,) and they've all answered my questions, and done a really good job on my mouth! I'm able to smile and not have to hide it anymore. I still have some work to do, but I know that Dr. Jackson and the team here in Denton are going to take care of me!

Everything from Receiving to the end. The hospitality provided over there especially Tracey and Doctor Michael Jackson. They have given immense clarity and care on what to do and what not to by providing specific insights. They cared just like a baby. I recommend to all of my friends and family especially this store.
