I got my wisdom tooth pulled today and it was such a great experience! I was so nervous at first but the staff was super friendly and accommodating which put me at ease. My extraction was quick and painless and I'm looking forward to the next one!

I generally am not a fan of getting my teeth cleaned, but MINT works very hard to make it a pleasant process. They have TVs in the rooms with Netflix and Pandora that you can have playing throughout your appointment (you choose what to watch/listen to) and the chairs have a minor massage feature. Furthermore, the staff are pleasant and efficient. I do recommend this office for dental needs.

I called and gave all my dental information and they told me that I had mo co -pay to pay and I get to my appointment and then they tell you that you're insurance is out network when they could have told me over the phone or before I got to my appointment this place is a job and waste of gas.

This is THE place. I have been to many different dentists and everyone here from the front end to the back were so welcoming. Everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend.

Dr. Nguyen was excellent and efficient. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend. I do want to know if Dr. Nguyen watched the dentist YouTube video that I put up. I'm still waiting to hear if he did. I read through some one star ratings. One mentioned the name of a dentist that is not there. My guess is that this location has done some updating as far as the billing and who the dentists are. I'm 51 years old and had one cavity that I got when I was a kid that had to be replaced. That is to be expected. I also had three cracked molars and again at my age that is to be expected. In addition, I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years. The people there were chipper and professional and I realize there's some stuff in the lobby that makes it look a little hoity-toity. Owning my own business The stuff that you see is not very expensive. They aren't charging you outrageous expenses. The lady who did the billing sat down with me and explained everything and worked with me to figure out how to get the best help from my insurance which had a max out of pocket of $1,000. I have really bad insurance because I have Obamacare and I'm self-employed. So yes there's definitely expenses. However, not having seen a dentist in 6 to 7 years, I fully expected to have much more wrong inside my mouth than what they found. I did have a deep cleaning because I had never had one and there was a great doctor, Dr. Nguyen who explained that I had bone loss due to plaque that had eaten away at my bone. Again at my age. I'm not surprised I have bone lost. And I'm not surprised that I needed a deep cleaning after 6 or 7 years of not having a single cleaning. If you look at the one star reviews they are from before and a doctor who's no longer there. I say give them a chance. I was very happy.

Made an appointment because it was listed as a Delta Dental provider. Of course no one told me different upon arrival and went through the whole evaluation before they provided my "plan" to fix my teeth. Like 17K$. Of course I laughed it off and told them I'll get back with you. I received a letter in the mail from Delta with a monetary figure that I owe MINT for the exam. Make sure you cover all your bases because they will sure try to get you. Got 250$ and an hour or so of time robbed from me.

It was my first time at MINT dentistry and this location made my experience perfect. I want to start off with how amazing the atmosphere is when you walk in, real nice music, and comfortable seating, making the small wait very easy. The receptionists were very kind and made the process with the paperwork very easy and fast. The assistant, Deja, took care of my x-rays and teeth molds really well and comfortable, being really nice entirely throughout. Dr. Lopez made the evaluation very quick and understandable. He broke down exactly the knowledge I needed to know to understand what was to come with my wisdom teeth removal and what the procedure was going to look like. The desk then explained my payment plan and scheduling instructions very efficiently and understandable. I will definitely be coming here from here on out, it was wonderful experience for something most people dread to do.

I would give them ten stars if I could. The staff here is perfect from the reception staff to my favorite dentist (Dr. Nguyen), he is so caring and has the patient best interests at heart.And that goes to all the staff. The hygiene is the best. I'd recommend this place anyday. Thank you guys for making my experience a perfect one.

The experience was great. The customer service was great. When I walked in the door they made me feel at ease. Each individual was very professional and welcoming and made me feel at ease. YAYA was very friendly and made sure I understood everything.

This is my first time at MINT, and I must say that everything was exceptional. The staff here are all knowledgeable and friendly. The process from x-rays to teeth cleaning to teeth whitening were thoroughly explained to you, leaving you with no questions. I love this place, and I will definitely come back!
