For my very first time stepping into the office of Mint Dentistry I was greeted in a friendly manner.i liked the atmosphere in the office.its a great place to take your family.I am glad to have chosen Mint Dentistry for my future cleaning.

I give this office zero stars! They are so unprofessional and rude. I've been going to them for almost a year now trying to get my treatment plan completed and it was always a problem. This office and staff is very unorganized, the office manager was very rude to us when discussing billing. You see one dentist they give you one plan and next visit to get that done the other dentist changes it. Like who do I listen to? They were not filing with my insurance in a timely manner making me pay out of pocket for entire service and wait for a refund once they felt like submitting my claim. You have to pay upfront for any dental work then get refunded after insurance pays. Crazy! I have no one to talk to about this and how to go about getting my teeth fixed correctly. After all I've paid over 3,000 out of pocket for work done and I'm completely dissatisfied! This place falls under Mint's umbrella so it gets the recognition the other offices work hard for. Because I've been to other offices and got much better service but Cedar Hill was closest so I thought to go there for convenience. Poor choice on my part! Going to try to contact corporate about services I've gotten from there.

My experience is always wonderful! I want to send a special shout out to Kadeshia and Jada for their professionalism and patience. They took great care of me and did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth, performing any xrays and capturing a profile of my teeth. Great service! See you all in about 4 months.

Professional. Prompt. Inviting....I'd been away for about a year due to job loss. As soon as I became employed and my dental insurance was activated, I made my appt. at the Cedar Hill location. Although the lobby area was different (still a clean, neat contemporary interior design, though ), the atmosphere and top-notch service remains the same! I'm sooooo glad to continue my dental services and having my SEXY TEETH with MINT Dentistry's Cedar Hill location!!! Love, y'all!

update... no call from managment... stop putting canned responses if no one is going to do anythng. 615 appt time 731pm still waiting. Dr came looked 5 seconds said I had a cavity and left. assistant took x-rays twice cause she didn't do right first time. 2 appt reminders while sitting here waiting with reminders on cancellation fee. freezing in here no offer of anything.. last appt with this company.. I do not recommend.. zero stars and I sent feedback email so no need to post to say send feedback to blah blah blah

Excellent service from the Cedar Hill location. Crystal the dental hygienist did an excellent job,no pain. She asked me often through the procedure if I was ok. Great customer service!!!

MINT Dentistry is the Walmart of Dentistry, My first and last time ever to go to MINT Dentistry. Here is my experience: 1. Did online patient forms, for initial office DeSoto near my home - #1 2. Was told when resecheduling DeSoto office did not take my PPO insurance. Switched to Cedar Hill - 2nd 3. Arrived early for appointment and was asked to complete all forms again, because their system is not accessible to other office online forms. 3rd 4. Only positive was the hygienist who was pleasant and professional. 5. Dentist came did her exam and review, and provided recommendations, which included a deep cleaning. 4th 6. Dentist also recommended a mouth guard, and was honest stating it would be very expensive, but custom fit if they did it. Or go to CVS/Walgreens and get one for $10, but it will not be as good? 5th 7. Dentist had receptionist come in to explain my insurance cost and my portion to pay.....this was ridiculous I was paying more than my insurance?? 6st 8. So I then asked for just a general cleaning and I would consider the other recommendations. Receptionist had to check in system for general cleaning,and then came back to say my insurance did not cover a general cleaning, but I would have to do deep cleaning in two different sessions. Final . I totally understand every insurance is different, but this was totally absurd and I really thought I was being pranked on a hidden camera show. Needless to say I will never recommend MINT Dentistry to anyone......Beware and those who have had a great experience, happy for you.

Every time I have went to this location I've had to wait. They seem to overbook or don't book the length of the appointments long enough. I was there for THREE HOURS for a routine teeth cleaning. The wait was ridiculous. I do not recommend.

I've been going to mint dentistry for 2 years now, and I can honestly say it's the best dental service I've ever had . The Cedar Hill location in my opinion is the best . One employee in particular by the name of Deon Edwards has probably the best customer service I've ever received. He's literally helped me every step of the way , from setting up all my appointments, to even just checking in and seeing if there was anything needed to be done to assist me with my tooth pain . Always nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone who's thinking about it going to mint to try the Cedar Hill location.

This place is really a JOKE. I had a appointment today and they literally hurt me so bad. I did not ask for treatment today. I will be reporting them to the medical board. Something is just not right about this office. They tell you, you are covered 100% and when you get there that changes. Horrible dentist office ever.

This is my second time at this location in many years. The office still looks nice and the staff was outstanding!! With my anxiety, they made me feel safe and comfortable-- definitely not judgmental. I will stick with this dental office from now on.
