I've been coming here for 2+ years now. Mint is corporate dentistry its not the personal touch per say that you get if you have ever been to family dentistry. With all that said they do a good job. I have never felt pressured into having work done that might be questionable. In all instances I felt like everyone I dealt with had my best interest at heart. My only gripe has been is that treated like I was poor, signing away all my benefits. I had to have a deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning and I was like fine $100 isn't going to change my life. Small cost for trying to keep my teeth in the long run. The front desk person had to come back and have me sign like 3 things before proceeding to cleaning and this was after several visits and with insurance. I had no insurance on my first visit and spent like $750 for x-rays, cleaning, etc. I get the caution but word of advice come up with a better KYC process.

Great customer service. Was able to assist with all needed dental services in a timely manner, and the Doctor and her assistant took wonderful care of me. On top of the great dental service, the front desk was extremely helpful with solving an issue with my insurance. I will definitely be returning, and recommending this place to others.

The team at MINT Dentistry | Carrollton was professional, timely, and informative. A momentary issue regarding insurance came up (new patient) and they made it easy to amend. In the office, they were quick to serve and easy to follow regarding options for improving my dental hygiene and overall health. I will be attending a second deep cleaning in a week and start the process for obtaining more functional, healthy teeth.

The People at Mint make you forget you are at the Dentist and it is going to Hurt. At least that is how we have all felt -- until Mint. They are so welcoming, caring, pleasant, yet experienced and professional, offering pain relief alternatives, that you totally release your old fears and even look forward to your visits and beautiful (sexy smile) results. And sure, all dentists are expensive; but, I found even with no personal insurance (get Mint's) their services are a bit less than most and the enjoyable visits and extraordinary care are worth it. (No, I was not paid for this live post...smile!)

Terrible customer service, my wife was there twice and was told they had to reschedule. Then when we complained they said we were being rude, I wouldn't recommend this place at all...

I had a very bad experience today. I arrived right on time and was notified that I missed my appointment time. I immediately went to my confirmation on my phone to ensure I was on time I then was told someone changed my arrival time to 30 minutes prior to my arrival time. While she still checked me in but I knew things weren't going to go well because it was the end of the day. In all my years with Mint I have never had such poor service. I felt like I was drowning at points of my cleaning between the saliva and water spraying out of my mouth onto my face and the fact she didn't offer me any numbing rinse I wanted to jump out of my chair and simply leave. Of course my cleaning was shorter than normal and when I left I felt as if I paid for service that was sub par. Not sure if I'll be returning.

Lady at the front wouldn't let me use the restroom. You have to be a patient in order to use the bathroom. My house was 30 minutes away. Both gas stations restrooms were out of out of order.

Ok I'm no dentist. However, I felt like I was being upsold. According to my dentist, I don't have any cavities. According to my dentist I don't need a deep cleaning. So I don't know who is right. I do know that I take care of my teeth as I have my entire life. They said I need deep cleaning because of heavy tartar build up.... Correct me if I'm wrong but hot and cold drinks should hurt if I had heavy tartar build up. I'm eating a giant otter pop as I write this lol. Staff was very friendly, so was Doctor Z. However it feels like a commission based place where you are constantly trying to be sold something. I think I'll stick to my old non corporate dentist. Like I said friendly staff but I didn't feel the trust end of it. How do I have cavities that won't show up on x-ray? It was a bit fishy.

Amazing team at the carrolton office. Was easy to go in for cleaning. They give you the vip treatment and they do a great job and are good at reminding me of my appointments

I had great experience! I needed to get a cleaning fast and they were able to schedule me on short notice. The front office was very nice and welcoming. The dental staff were all very knowledgeable, kind and sincere! Thanks again Mint!

This was one of the best dentist I've been too! They really treat you nice, front desk staff, and all the dental staff are amazing! Had to come back to get my filling and Dr. Botros was great! Along with his assistant Alex who assisted! Even the first time I went it was awesome! The massage chair are a bonus! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist!

Got me scheduled for a routine cleaning. I waited for over an hour to even see the dentist then they said we had to reschedule bc they were now closed as of 10 minutes before. Never coming back here.

Carrollton TX location , unprofessional inexperienced dentist approx 21 years want to give his personal opinions on my health. After visit I received a text for a review, as I answered and rated a TWO. Within 4 days I get a letter from Mint-, this letter is to inform you that as of date of letter 4/29/22 Mint no longer will be able to provide dental care. This place is full of unexperienced twenty yrs old's and if u provide a bad review, you're out. They don't deserve good patients & unprofessional staff. They need to place a sign out..KIDS ONLY!
