This office is terrible! I completed my patient registration online prior to my appointment. It asks if you are pregnant, which I am and clearly marked yes on. It never told me there were any special requirements. I drive 45 minutes to my appt, they let me check in and let me sit there for 25 minutes before being called back. When they told me they were taking me back to get X-rays I asked if those could be skipped and they acted like they had no idea I was pregnant. They made me sit back down in the waiting room for another 5-10 minutes before letting me know I can't have my cleaning done unless I do X-rays which I couldn't do without a Dr. clearance.. how come I was never told this?!? They should've caught that and told me ahead of time and let me know I would need a Drs clearance, or at the very least once I got there.

I don't even know where to start. Thought I would try Mint since you see them everywhere and they have good reviews. But upon reading some of these comments, it appears that people were asked to leave 5 star reviews for teeth whitening.... It took 3 days to get my insurance verified. Even after I sent a photocopy of it, and back and forth, I still had to call and get the number corrected. Then I go in for my appointment, get x rays done and explained I was having issues with a crown. The girl proceeds to basically argue with me asking if I'm sure I have a crown. She actually said "I'll have to confirm with the dentist". Huh?!!!! Then another girl told me my insurance didn't cover a particular procedure when I knew it did. Turned out I just used the benefit already and needed to wait it out to get coverage again. These people were so condescending. I will never go there again and would never suggest this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and even when they "tried" to be nice it seemed forced. Please don't offer any generic apologies....

From January to July 2022, I was a client with this company only to be treated very unprofessionally in customer service as well as product delivery. In so many words, I was accused of bringing in another office's product when my night guard broke after about three months of usage. It also took several phone calls and actually threatening the staff to contact HQ before I received the night guard. It was replaced; however to go through this was absolutely unnecessary even though I was informed that they were having a vendor issue. The day of excellent customer service is deteriorating as noted in this instance. How can you suggest that it is a client error for a product that was 3 months old at best.

Julie Really help me go through teeth cleaning, she is nice and give to me great service! But one of the front desk girl she isn't nice at all! I don't know her name I believe she's speak Spanish! I am not sure she's 100% Mexican. but she never smile her face just like died.!!!!

My hygienist was super nice and friendly and the dentist was great also. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I was nervous, but they were all very friendly.

The front desk staff was great on greeting me and making sure to get me sign in and taken care of with my paperwork. Mitzi was great with taking my X-rays and my trays for my whiting and explaining the next process.

I had an appt at Burlseon Mint Dentistry. And I was so impressed. The receptionist was super helpful and accommodating with a minor mishap (on my part). And my dental assistant was very nice, thorough, and gentle while still getting the job done. I can't emphasize gentle enough. Also, I love all the minor details, which made a huge difference, from being able to enjoy a show during the whole process, the massage chair (which i didnt use yet but i will next time ) and sunglasses, to wear during the procedure * to keep my eyes free from debris/water )You guys know what im talking about. Thank you Mint! I will see you in 6 months.

Arrived for my appointment. Was greeted by a very sweet lady and a very mean and rude manager. I asked for more whitening trays. They said I would have to pay $300. They are not free. Manager was extremely belittling and rude. I was "walked out" after my child got her cleaning. I never raised my voice or was mean. I called corporate. Corporate said she was in the wrong and they would give me the trays for free. Never got a call back. The time before this I had paid for gas and they didn't give it to me. I had a full panic attack in the office. I'm fine with mistakes, but being treated so rudely was unacceptable.
