Not happy with my latest visit, I had a 4:30pm appointment and it felt like they were rushing me the whole time just so they could go home asap. Never had a full teeth cleaning performed in 15 mins I understand you want to go home ASAP but my teeth and care are more important.

A staff member of the Addison Mint location gave me a filling which ultimately cracked my tooth. I would never step foot into a Mint location ever again and advise others to do so as well.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today!! No wait time. This is my favorite location now. Thank you Jacob, Marisol, Carlos, Dr. Versa & saving the best for last Isai my hygienist!! The water was not too cold and Isai cleaned my teeth beautifully!! Thank You!! See you all in 6 months

When I scheduled appointment I asked if contracted with my insurance and was told I would receive to confirm but seems like yes. Turns out I am not. Now, the biggest issue is I went in just for cleaning and was told I need deep cleaning and 3 fillings. Since my initial appointment 8/31 I went twice since I am still in pain. I am afraid to finish my deep cleaning there and go back for my fillings there since they mentioned it would be needed if it doesn't improve. I called my insurance and called clinic back to request reverse claim they mentioned I would receive call from billing office the following day since I didn't receive one I called and was told 7 days I should receive call. Still hasn't been past 7 days but hope they call soon. I am still waiting on my night guard which I should have received by now and have been told they have no information to call back in week. I saw good and bad experiences but decided to givethem a try but unfortunately not all the hype I hear on their commercials i hear on the radio.

Overcoming fear and anxiety with help from Great people! Thank you to Mint Dentistry in Addison for such great customer service! From front desk to back office staff, everyone was very professional and polite. The Dr. Had a great sense of humor! And very professional with giving instruction to her hygienist - Esai. Esai was awesome with helping me to feel comfortable and At ease - Thank you for a great smile! Great Job!!!

My saga began August 9th. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to have her braces removed and teeth cleaned. I go to the appointment. When I get there they tell me they cant verify my dental insurance. I asked why they would let someone come to an office knowing the insurance wasn't verified. I took off work and my teen daughter did too for this appointment. The front desk person attempted to humiliate me by announcing that my insurance verification couldn't be verified and I don't have a policy according to them. I got the insurance issue straightened out. The information was entered incorrectly. I scheduled a second appointment just to see this process through. With the same office who attempted to humiliate me. I call today to confirm the appointment and ask if they know why were attending this appointment. The operator informed me this office doesn't do orthodontics. It was in my notes. It was in all of my paperwork. How come no one told me this up front?? The person I was speaking to said I can transfer you to an office that does orthodontics and cleaning. I get transferred and after spending 15 minutes on the phone with a lady who kept repeating everything I said WRONG then tells me the office only has appointments until 2pm. Sorry. This experience with MINT has been horrible. How you have all of these five star reviews leads me to believe you're paying for them. I would never recommend this office after the treatment received and at the end of the day they don't care about patients. They care about profits. You gotta love capitalism. .

I had an amazing experience here at Mint dentistry.. probably the best in my entire life! Definitely recommend to come here! The staff is so sweet & caring ! I got a cleaning with Elizabeth and she was so gentle but did an awesome job!
