Zero stars for the dentist, he rushed thru my exam and barely touched my teeth while "cleaning" which took all of 5 minutes. I get cleanings every 4 months, this was a joke, got a follow up cleaning elsewhere and was told it looked like i hadnt gotten one!. But I do give one star to the staff, they are professional and courteous. I have free Apple insurance, is that why??who knows.

I made an appointment to get my tooth done than they called me saying there was an earlier date so I went. I called today too make an appointment and im no longer a patient because I missed an appointment on the first date they gave me that I didn't need to go to. Also last appointment they drileed a hole under my tongue while drilling my tooth. Unprofessional.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Bui and Dr. Dhakchang is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Everyone is extremely friendly and they are very efficient very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. I never felt rushed. They have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.They don't try to sell you services you don't need.I highly recommend Mint Dental

The Only good thing I can say about this place is the staff were Nice but other then that they are a Money hungry dentist office if you don't Reschedule your appointment within 72 hours they charge you $100 I have never encounter a dentist office with that type of policy before they must deal with alot of no shows but to be honest I see why tho it's in the HOOD I only been here once which was a few weeks ago there were crackheads walking around in the parking lot right hand to god I was afraid to leave my car unattended please Read the other reviews before visiting the place I should have followed my gut they are Desperate for Clients & bad for business you are better off going to seamar they are more professional & a safer Neighborhood

I Waited for TWO hours to be seen for 5 minutes! Dr. did not go over my x rays & I had to reschedule for a deep cleaning.

It was my first time at this dentist office and I'm quite upset with how I was treated by the dentist. The front office people were nice and the dental assistant and dental hygienist were awesome as well, but the owner (the male dentist who worked on me today) was absolutely awful. He had no empathy for how you felt, barely talked to you about your dental health, and obviously wanted to get in and out. I tried calling his name while in the hall to get some information and he ignored me and kept walking, shutting his office door behind him. Anything medical really freaks me out and it helps to have a dentist who actually cares about your feelings and health during the visit. I wouldn't recommend this place no matter what. And if you have state insurance and have limited options, forsure choose Sea Mar over this place. I feel bad for giving a bad review because of how nice the rest of the staff is, but it was not okay the way I left feeling from this office.

Most unprofessional dentist I have ever encountered. Front desk and dental assistant were friendly and just trying to do their job. As for the female dentist very negative first impression. Rushing and extremely behind on time with little to no staff in the back office. For those with family looking to establish your dental care whether you have state insurance or private- look for a dental clinic that's not right next to a mini trash park full of homeless people and random piles of trash bags on the sides of that street where this clinic is at. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment but because they close for lunch I had to drive a block down the road and park near the grocery store. Definitely not a safe location unless you have a firearm.

Very poor communication, False accusations Is on confirming an appointment. With that being said they were trying to charge me 50 bucks for their lack of communication. They're lying to say they confirmed the appointment and said they called me But there is no record of that. I wouldn't recommend Mint dental,also it was a very important appointment. My wisdom tooth is infected. Good luck to those who dare try...

Beware! They are out to get themselves money first and patient actual needs second in my opinion. I went here i didn't see dr bui. They not only took the standard xrays and then took xrays with a machine that i have only had to have when it was more expensive procedure planned because it cost you more to have it done. The reason i wrote BEWARE is that i was told i had gum disease, gum loss and needed my mouth numbed and deep cleaned in a 2 part appointment with a 3rd appointment to put antibiotics into the supposed pockets in my gums. I knew this was bogus (having had good dental care til i switched insurance this past year n needing a new dentist) and so I went to a different dentist... Surprise, I have perfect gums and they were shocked when after my exam i mentioned the diagnosis i received here. I will warn people not to come here. I knew it wasn't right because I sadly had other denist when I was a kid do work that wasn't needed. Please if you think something doesn't make sense get a second opinion and go somewhere other than this clinic.

Fastest cleaning I've ever had. Didn't floss, didn't go over the health of my gums, wasnt shown my xrays. All I got was a rushed polish. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I'm sorry but I won't be back.

Please read this before going to Mint Dental. In September of last year I found out I had a deeply infected tooth and did not have insurance coverage to have a root canal. I paid over $1000 out of pocket to have it done, this was my experience: 1. The front desk people are rude and unhelpful. 2. The hygenicist and dentist are unprofessional and discourteous. (I was told that the pain I was feeling wasn't real, and was not sufficiently numbed for the operation) 3. The root canal was performed during two session, incredibly risky for reinfection... 4. The tooth became reinfected less than 6 months later and is causing me great pain. I will either have to pay more money to have it done correctly, or I will have to go to a community endodontist to have it removed. This is easily the worst experience I've had at a dental office. These people should not be accredited or in business.

If they don't like what you have to say in your review, instead of improving their work and actually being thoughtful and caring, they ban you from coming back. What a joke of a place. The dentist was really rude to me and made my anxiety go way up. He didn't seem to want to give me any numbing shots because my cavities were "small" and he filled them so fast. This place is a money laundering joint or something. Definitely something illegal going on here. They did xrays & charged my dental insurance. They suposedly did a deep cleaning but actually only spent 5 minutes in my mouth per side. NOT a deep cleaning. They also charged me & didnt give me a receipt. I called my insurance and they never charged the insurance for the suposed deep cleaning insurance & it is covered under my insurance. I never should never have paid cash & should have pushed for a receipt. My last dentist said I need two teeth pulled. This dentist said all my teeth look great but the wanted to pull my crowns and redo them. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPORTED THEM TO THE DENTAL BOARD & TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY.
