Dr. Kim Nguyen was born and raised in Tustin, CA. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology right here in Orange County from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) in 2003. Wanting to explore life outside of California, Dr. Nguyen decided to move to Boston, where she also completed her dental studies at Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2007. She continued to further her studies and enhanced her clinical skills with the completion of her General Practice Residency (GPR) at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. The program focused on emergency care, implants, prosthodontics, cosmetic and general dentistry.
Dr. Nguyen moved back to California in 2009 and has been practicing dentistry throughout Orange County. She is now proud to open her practice here in Yorba Linda, CA and is looking forward to serving her local community. From her advanced studies and experiences, shes able to provide the utmost care and attention to all her patients. Dr. Nguyen believes in continued education and training to better serve her patients. She is an active member of the local dental association OCDA, as well as the ADA and CDA.
While away from the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband exploring new restaurants as well as creating her own recipes in the kitchen. She loves the community and looks to support the local businesses in Yorba Linda. If you run into her, dont hesitate to say, Hi!

We moved away from conveniently going to MINT DENTAL in Yorba Linda 7 years ago BUT that is the one practice we never replaced. We drive there from out of town because we are so "hooked" to going there. Love Dr. KIM the owner and are extremely happy with her staff and the job they do on us. Thanks again MINT DENTAL

I know Or I think I know that nobody really cares for the dentist, I don't dread going to this place. I feel so comfortable here that I've fallen asleep in the chair a couple times. Great staff here make us feel very comfortable good people

Thank you for making my experience at the office comfortable and complete! My 3 boys also always have positive experiences as well. The whole staff from the reception to the hygienists to the doctors are always so kind and helpful.

Before coming to Mint Dental I had been with my previous dentist for over 20 years. I had coffee stains on my teeth that my dentist could never remove during "cleaning". Dr. Ngyen was able to clean my teeth and make them sparkling white with only one visit!!! I was so pleased with the results that I almost cried. I didn't think those stains would ever be removed. Now I smile with so much confidence. The staff at Mint Dental is just the best. I could not recommend them more highly!

After going to an amazing dentist for over 15 years, I've struggled finding another office that meets my high standards. Until now! My son, daughter, and I had a fantastic first visit to Mint Dental!! From the initial phone call, the email and text communication, greeting as we walked in, the beautiful office, the tech, the hygienist and the dentist...it was all a 5-Star experience! We've already booked our next cleaning!
