Dr. Trent McCord grew up in Northwest Arkansas. He attended college at William Jewell College in Kansas City, MO, where he met his wife, Sara. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. In dental school, he was the class vice president and won the Edward L. Wilson Award. Active in his community, Dr. McCord serves as a volunteer dentist with the Samaritan Community Center in Northwest Arkansas. In 2015, he was named their volunteer of the year. Dr. McCord and his wife have three beautiful daughters, Collins, Finley, and Perin, a little boy named Tate, and their dog, Bourbon. When not at work, Dr. McCord enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, reading, and fishing. He is also a big Arkansas Razorbacks fan!
Dr. Alyssa LeBoeuf completed her undergraduate degree at Pittsburg State University. ThenattendedCreighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska where she completed her Doctorate in Dentistry. She is originally aNorthwest Arkansas Native, but recently moved back to the area. She has been apart of the Mint Dental Care team since November 2020. She originally chose dentistry due to her experience as a child having a congenitally missing tooth replaced. She has a strong passion to help those in need get out of pain, and to assist in giving patients a better smile.When not at the office she can be found doingall things outdoors with her husband and her pets. She has an outdoor cat, Obi, that loves to roam andplay in the snow and rain. During quarantine, her and her husband got a border collie, Arlo,to take with them hiking, fishing, and camping.
Tasha is the Business Administrator for Mint Dental Care, and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her Bachelors of Science from UAFS in 2016. She joined the Mint Team in June 2016 as the first hygienist! She is married and is expecting her first child in October 2021. She has a niece Aubrianna and a nephew Draeh. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two French Bulldogs, Harley Quinn and Zusi. When not at work she likes to float on the Buffalo River, Hike, and read fantasy books!
Veronica is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is fluent in Spanish and grew up in Northwest Arkansas. She loves coffee, anything pink and glittery, and chocolate! When not at work, you can find Veronica gardening, shopping, or spending time outside with her friends and family!
Kimberly is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She joined the Mint Team in October of 2017. She loves Texas Sheet Cake and spending time on the lake. She's also an avid Razorback fan, an Enneagram 6, and a One Tree Hill aficionado.
Kaila is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is an Arkansas Nativeand loves red velvet cake, coffee and the Missouri Tigers. When shes not at work, youll find Kaila outside hiking and floating or crafting if its a rainy day!
Katherinejoined the Mint Dental Care Team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in June 2021. She recently moved to the area from Chicago, and is excited to enjoy a little warmer weather. She and her husband are opening an optometry clinic in Downtown Bentonville. They are excited to begin setting down roots in the area!!
Cadie is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She joined the Mint Dental Care team in June 2021. She graduated from UAMS, and recently moved here from Batesville, MO. She enjoys spending time with friends, and trying new places in the area!
Chris is our Front Desk Manager. She loves Starbucks, the color pink, and anything chocolate. Chris has two grown children and four dogs. When not at work, you can find Chris at home with her husband, probably making something delicious in her kitchen!
Jenn works at the front desk and manages our insurance claims process. She's an Enneagram 5 and loves The Office, Chickfila, and peanut M&Ms. Jenn is a big fan of dogs! She has two of her own, and when she's not at work, she can be found volunteering at the Humane Society in Rogers.
Mary helps our patients check out at the end of their visit. She loves meeting patients and connecting with them. She also enjoys explaining dental treatment and how to maximize your dental insurance's benefits. She has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. She moved here from Washington State with her husband Drew, youngest son Logan, and their pug named Tedrick Snickerdoodles the III in 2020. Mary is an Enneagram 7w8, loves banana cream pie, reading, baking, kayaking and photography . When not at work, you can find Mary with her family, exploring all the trails and lakes in NWA!
Hannah is originally from Kansas. She joined the Mint Dental Care Team in February 2021! She is normally the first smiling face you will be greeted with when entering our office. She enjoys spending time with her family, her mini poodle Toby, and her new puppy, Winnie.
Amber joined our team in November 2021 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She moved to Arkansas in 2014 from Alabama and loves NWA. She has been in dentistry for 3 years as a Registered Dental Assistant and Schedule Coordinator. In her free time she enjoys reading, crafting, and walking the trails at Crystal Bridges with her friends and family.
Hannah is a Registered Dental Assistant. She assists with Dr. LeBoeuf, and loves to help patients with dental anxiety enjoy their visit as much as possible! She is married and has a 1 year old daughter. She spends most of her time outside of work with her family and friends.
Dany is our Lead Registered Dental Assistant. She was born in Honduras, and has lived in NWA since she was five. When not at work, youll most likely find her at home grilling for her family or going on a bike ride around NWA with her husband and their daughter. Dany is an Enneagram 9, and loves sour candy and chocolate cake!
Brooke is a Registered Dental Assistant. Brooke has two cats, loves cookie dough ice cream, and spending time with family. When she's not at work, you can find her at the lake fishing or on a patio somewhere enjoying a drink!
Monica is a Registered Dental Assistant that joined the team in December 2020. She is our runner, which entails working in all areas of the office. She helps with lab, sterilization, and with patients! We catch Monica singing or laughing at all times of the day! She enjoys being with friends and family throughout the week trying new things. She is a first generation college graduate in her family. She is currently in school to become a Dental Hygienist, and already holds an associates degree in Art.
Heather is one of our Registered Dental Assistants on Dr. McCord's team. She joined the MDC team in October of 2021. She has 4 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses. In her spare time, youll find her spending time with her many fur babies or at a rodeo.
Cynthia is a Registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from dental assisting school in April 2022! She is originally from Los Angeles, California, but has been living in Arkansas for just over a year now! She loves animals, and has two of her own, Mia and Daisy. Outside of work she likes to go hiking and spending time with her family! She is an Enneagram 1!
Bourbon is a Bernedoodle and has completed six weeks of off-site training to be a certified therapy dog for our office! He loves his toy llama and going on walks, and he really dislikes balloons. And of course, his favorite sports teams are the Razorbacks and the Chiefs!
