I'm a client for the past 2.5 years and Dr. Baugus is the best dentist & has the best dental staff I've ever had! The team makes me feel comfortable at every visit, answers all my questions and they have the best sense of humor. You can tell they love their jobs, and that is important to me! I have found my "forever home" in a dentist. I'll be a client for life.

I had to go in 5 times for them to fix my bite after doing some fillings, which to this day still feel like it hasn't been right after the fillings they did. The dentist also ground down my existing metal filling to make it fit the new filling which is the opposite thing to do and damaged that leaving a sharp point on it. At this point I was so fed up I went to the mint condition in Colfax which is just as bad and I've had a worse experience with, be aware!

Great dentist! Great hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff! I hate going to the dentist. Always have. Always will. But they always make me feel comfortable, are not judgmental, and are straight-forward with treatment and pricing. Highly recommend 10/10.

Lovely staff that got me in the same day after my front two teeth chipped. Doctor was able to fix it during that visit, and they look spectacular. He was very friendly but also extremely informative at explaining my options and situation.

My experience today was excellent. I appreciated how relaxed and friendly everyone was. Everyone was knowledgeable and asked many times if I had questions or concerns about my treatment plan. I'm very happy this office was recommended to me. Anyone looking for a great practice should check this one out.

I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years, almost 3, before I moved to pullman, let me tell you I'm so happy to have found Mint condition, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Baugus is really good at what he does. I always leave there way happier then when I came in and I no longer wait until my teeth are too painful or cracked wide open before I make an appointment. If you're nervous about going to the dentist I would highly recommend checking out here

Very nice staff. It was a good experience for the whole family. They made the whole process of getting an appointment to arriving, very easy. Not piles of paperwork and they figured out insurance on their own. It was lovely.
