Dr. Regina Blevins started her career in dentistry in 1980 as a Dental hygiene graduate of C.S. Mott community college. She attended the University of Michigan where she received her degree in dentistry. Her appreciation and love for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics. Dr. Blevins enjoys staying up to date on the latest developments in orthodontics by maintaining a rigorous continuing education schedule and by following current orthodontic research. National speaking events on behalf of Invisalign clear aligners and Aligntech is a passion for Dr. Blevins. She also loves teaching dental students at the University of Minnesota.

For Dr. Delia DallArancio, Dr. D for short, orthodontics is an art as much as it is a science. A native of Italy, she learned quickly that art and culture are a large part of daily life: its a land where aesthetics are woven into the life of all Italians, and a place where art and beauty rule above all.
As an orthodontist, Dr. D considers herself an artist, working with hundreds of patients each year. Aesthetics reflect her passion and her love in creating a beautiful smile a smile that, most of all, brings out the natural beauty in our patients faces. This brings improved confidence, self-esteem, and articulation, and can help prevent periodontal, jaw (TMJ) problems, and obstructive sleep apnea as well.
She listens carefully to the needs and desires of each patient. Then, her canvas is the human mouth. Dr. D is proud of the artistry that she gets to create in smiles every day. Dr. D has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 30 years, first in Italy for several years at the University of Bolognas dental school. Then she attended the University of Minnesota, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and her Masters of Science degrees. To this day, she continues to learn and broaden our practice, her training, and her experience each year. She specializes in Invisalign treatments and has led her practice to be a top 1% Diamond Invisalign Provider. Also, she was nominated as one of Minnesota Monthlys best orthodontist in 2020.
Dr. D is married to Dr. James Fricton, an TMJ/orofacial pain specialist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota. They have two children together, Regina and Vincent, who both plan to work in healthcare. In her free time, Dr. D enjoys cooking, travelling, skiing, hiking, doing yoga, exercising, and being with family and friends. She is also involved in various community service initiatives, including donating her orthodontic skills and time to raise money for different cancer societies, local community centers, and schools. As a sports fan, Dr. D also loves to sponsor childrens sports teams in and around the Twin Cities.

What a wonderful staff! From the initial welcome to a the farewell greeting... wow! But I have to say.. the knowledge, care and professionalism of Charlene was particularly remarkable. She had the patience to answer all my boys questions and explain to each one clearly what to expect from their treatments. Thank you so much Charlene and all Minnesota Orthodontics team

It appears they have new staff, and customer service is horrible. My daughter and I have been going there for awhile. When we were still seeing Dr Blevins it was wonderful. All the staff were caring and helpful. My last two visits was horrible. Dr. Lubinsky has a little to no customer service nor patient care experience. I've had several appointments with Dr. Lubinsky and he just comes off uncaring, rude and not patient connect. He just comes and check on your teeth and tells you what he thinks. He is very blunt and rude. Charlene is the treatment coordinator and she made me feel like I was misunderstanding what was discussed in our last appointment which I did not. I my previous appointment I was supposed to get my new trays of braces on September 15. When I arrived to the appointment she made it sounds like "no you didn't understand you won't be getting braces today". Which in fact when I met with Dr. Lubinsky he stated "yes you were suppose to get them but that he put it on hold on the order because he wanted to discuss what my cosmetic dentist wanted and that we all wanted the same results before actually putting in the order". So I was even more upset because 3 weeks went by and no one communicate anything to me regarding this issue. They then put in my order and re schedule for September 30. Charlene told me if the braces get here before the 30th she or someone will call me. Today I called and spoke to Ashley to check on my braces and if they arrive. She told me they arrived last week. I asked why no one called me and she said "no one called you because there was probably no appointment available". I then said to her "that's not what was communicated to me from Charlene. It wasn't about coming in it was notify me my braces arrived". Ashley then responded "ok then I will them know you're frustrated" and ended the call. Once my treatment is done in February 2022, I will never come back nor bring my children back. I am not sure what happen to the previous staff and Dr Blevins but again I will not continue any service after my treatment is completed.
