Dr. Regina Blevins started her career in dentistry in 1980 as a Dental hygiene graduate of C.S. Mott community college. She attended the University of Michigan where she received her degree in dentistry. Her appreciation and love for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics. Dr. Blevins enjoys staying up to date on the latest developments in orthodontics by maintaining a rigorous continuing education schedule and by following current orthodontic research. National speaking events on behalf of Invisalign clear aligners and Aligntech is a passion for Dr. Blevins. She also loves teaching dental students at the University of Minnesota.

For Dr. Delia DallArancio, Dr. D for short, orthodontics is an art as much as it is a science. A native of Italy, she learned quickly that art and culture are a large part of daily life: its a land where aesthetics are woven into the life of all Italians, and a place where art and beauty rule above all.
As an orthodontist, Dr. D considers herself an artist, working with hundreds of patients each year. Aesthetics reflect her passion and her love in creating a beautiful smile a smile that, most of all, brings out the natural beauty in our patients faces. This brings improved confidence, self-esteem, and articulation, and can help prevent periodontal, jaw (TMJ) problems, and obstructive sleep apnea as well.
She listens carefully to the needs and desires of each patient. Then, her canvas is the human mouth. Dr. D is proud of the artistry that she gets to create in smiles every day. Dr. D has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 30 years, first in Italy for several years at the University of Bolognas dental school. Then she attended the University of Minnesota, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and her Masters of Science degrees. To this day, she continues to learn and broaden our practice, her training, and her experience each year. She specializes in Invisalign treatments and has led her practice to be a top 1% Diamond Invisalign Provider. Also, she was nominated as one of Minnesota Monthlys best orthodontist in 2020.
Dr. D is married to Dr. James Fricton, an TMJ/orofacial pain specialist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota. They have two children together, Regina and Vincent, who both plan to work in healthcare. In her free time, Dr. D enjoys cooking, travelling, skiing, hiking, doing yoga, exercising, and being with family and friends. She is also involved in various community service initiatives, including donating her orthodontic skills and time to raise money for different cancer societies, local community centers, and schools. As a sports fan, Dr. D also loves to sponsor childrens sports teams in and around the Twin Cities.

You don't know what you don't know. So, I am writing my review based on my experience with this provider contrasted with that of another Invisalign provider. The communication from the practice is excellent at the start; but once a patient with Dr. D and Minnesota Orthodontics in Plymouth, it falls apart very quickly. Their follow-up communication is poor: we were first time patients and we missed several months of follow-on cadence because we were not told to do so. I addressed this with the staff and they finally let me talk to Dr. D (why, thank you!) and we were assured that everything was still on track. No follow-on appointments offered or provided after the treatment ends. No retainer check, although on calling, they claim this appointment happened. My son or I have no recollection of this happening. Being disappointed, I chose another Invisalign provider for my daughter. The communication is way better. The treatment team is better. The follow-on, post treatment and removal of brackets is scheduled and there seems to be a protocol in place as a patient. I am very disappointed with my experience. My son's treatment was priced way, way higher than other Invisalign providers. The staff super confrontational with their communication. Do not recommend.

I would steer clear of this company! Dr. Emilie Del Mastro from Minnesota Orthodontic quoted and performed Invisalign treatment on my overcrowded teeth. Through treatment, my rear molars developed a gap between them when my bite would come together. I expressed concerns about this throughout my treatment. I was told each time that this was normal and that the gap would go away when I went into the retention phase of my treatment. That never happened. Now I am experiencing a clicking in my jaw and pain while chewing due to the need to tweak my jaw in order to make contact with my rear molars. Minnesota Orthodontics is now insisting that I go to an oral surgeon to have the problem repaired citing that the issue stems from a skeletal issue in my jaw. I expressed that this was not an issue prior to their prescribed treatment and that the issue does not stem from a skeletal deformity but from the way Minnesota Orthodontic moved my teeth. It's clear they are not wanting to take responsibility for their mistakes and are not willing to make it right. Furthermore, I was very disappointed by their treatment coordinator, Kayla. When addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly talked down to like I was a child while she minimized the seriousness of the issues I brought forward. Even throughout a disagreement, professionalism should be maintained. The professionalism, ethics, and willingness to make the situation right have proven to be quite low with this organization. Stay away if you can!

This is our 3rd child in braces and I can say without a doubt we love working with Dr Del Mastro and her team at the Plymouth location. The experience is pleasant and seamless and the results are phenomenal!

Absolutely fabulous orthodontist! I started my journey when I was 28. I had done a TON of research and wanted to go with invisalign and find the top rated in the area. I set up a consultation and I was blown away by how cool and nice everyone was there! We set up a payment plan (they had a lot of options available, I wish I knew how affordable it could be sooner) they took my HSA also which was amazing! My appointments were all super quick (wear your trays right and you shouldn't have issues). Even when I had attachments come off, they were all so kind to me! Dr. Del and Kayla are my favorites and I always made sure my appointments were with them! My treatment took a couple years (my teeth were insanely crowded) and I am so incredibly happy with my final result. It is such a relief to be able to live my life feeling confident to smile and talk to people in general. It's a bittersweet experience for me because I will definitely miss visiting my buddies at MN Orthodontics. If you're considering orthodontic work, definitely set up a consultation!

When I was looking for an Invisalign provider I wanted only the best, I was 28 and paying for it myself so it was important to me to find somewhere that I felt would take good care of me and meet my standards. Kayla and Dr. Del were the first ones I met and I made such a bond with the both of them, they were so patient with me to ensure that I got the perfect smile at the end of my treatment even if that meant extending it once or twice more lol. I could not be happier with my experience here! I suggest Minnesota Orthodontics to anyone looking at orthodontic treatment, the staff is the best!

Minnesota Orthodontics has done an amazing job on my children's Teeth!! The staff and doctors are awesome and kind! Highly recommend them to all my friends and family and it's so convenient that they have so many locations!

I went in for a "free consult" at the Plymouth location only to be told that I had to submit a multi-page medical history report to be seen. They cited HIPAA though all HIPAA requires is that the practice informs the potential patient of their rights to privacy. My suggestion is to leave immediately, which I did, whenever any business requires your personal health information before you're even a customer!

Very time I've gone in everyone is so nice! They're excited to see you and they really take care of you there. I chipped a tooth and the Doc smoothed it out right there super quick and easy. I highly recommend MN orthodontics!
