Dr. Regina Blevins started her career in dentistry in 1980 as a Dental hygiene graduate of C.S. Mott community college. She attended the University of Michigan where she received her degree in dentistry. Her appreciation and love for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics. Dr. Blevins enjoys staying up to date on the latest developments in orthodontics by maintaining a rigorous continuing education schedule and by following current orthodontic research. National speaking events on behalf of Invisalign clear aligners and Aligntech is a passion for Dr. Blevins. She also loves teaching dental students at the University of Minnesota.

For Dr. Delia DallArancio, Dr. D for short, orthodontics is an art as much as it is a science. A native of Italy, she learned quickly that art and culture are a large part of daily life: its a land where aesthetics are woven into the life of all Italians, and a place where art and beauty rule above all.
As an orthodontist, Dr. D considers herself an artist, working with hundreds of patients each year. Aesthetics reflect her passion and her love in creating a beautiful smile a smile that, most of all, brings out the natural beauty in our patients faces. This brings improved confidence, self-esteem, and articulation, and can help prevent periodontal, jaw (TMJ) problems, and obstructive sleep apnea as well.
She listens carefully to the needs and desires of each patient. Then, her canvas is the human mouth. Dr. D is proud of the artistry that she gets to create in smiles every day. Dr. D has been practicing orthodontics for nearly 30 years, first in Italy for several years at the University of Bolognas dental school. Then she attended the University of Minnesota, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and her Masters of Science degrees. To this day, she continues to learn and broaden our practice, her training, and her experience each year. She specializes in Invisalign treatments and has led her practice to be a top 1% Diamond Invisalign Provider. Also, she was nominated as one of Minnesota Monthlys best orthodontist in 2020.
Dr. D is married to Dr. James Fricton, an TMJ/orofacial pain specialist and Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota. They have two children together, Regina and Vincent, who both plan to work in healthcare. In her free time, Dr. D enjoys cooking, travelling, skiing, hiking, doing yoga, exercising, and being with family and friends. She is also involved in various community service initiatives, including donating her orthodontic skills and time to raise money for different cancer societies, local community centers, and schools. As a sports fan, Dr. D also loves to sponsor childrens sports teams in and around the Twin Cities.

I travel from Andover to Edina to see Dr. D and her wonderful staff. As an adult, I was dragging my heels to get braces again after having full metal braces as a teenager. I recently completed my Invisalign experience, and I highly recommend it! Dr. D goes above and beyond, truly. She is a highly skilled expert who genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions. My teeth are now perfect, and they're going to stay that way. I feel so much more confident smiling for pictures and speaking in my teaching profession. Thank you, Dr. D. You impressed me from day one!

I have never went to this place but after seeing all the great reviews I think it will be ok, especially when it will be my first time getting braces/going to Edina MN ortho, I bet my braces will be so so good because of you guys! I can't wait!

Dr. D and the team are amazing! My end results are better than I could have ever imagined. Let me start off by saying my case was complicated and initially I had a different orthodontist and dental team in place that were recommending surgery. Surgery wasn't an option for me, but the original team would not give me any additional options. So I took matters into my own hands and that's when I found Dr. D!! She actually listened to me and found me a new dental team (dentist and oral surgeon). They put together a plan that delivered amazing results - without surgery! Dr D used Invisalign to widen my mouth and straighten my bottom teeth in 18 months. Invisalign was the perfect option for me especially because I needed dental implants so my Invisalign retainer served as my "flipper" my entire dental journey- which extended way past the 18 months because of the implant process. You will not be disappointed with the results or level of service - above and beyond! Thank you so much Dr. D!!

The team at MN Orthodontics in Edina is SO special. Dr. D, Shannon, Kaylie, and the office assistants are nothing but professional, caring, and consistent. Scheduling is easy and flexible and technicians are always gentle. This team has been working with me for over two years (and on-going). Because no one wants braces on their wedding day, the team kindly created a plan to remove my braces for our special day, and continue treatment after. Dr. D is willing to go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional! If you are considering working with MN Orthodontics in Edina you will be in great hands! I truly can't thank the office enough.

The worst. I am so frustrated that I gave these people my money. I have been doing Invisalign with them for almost 4 years, with minimal progress. Over a year ago I said that the treatment wasn't working because one of my teeth wasn't moving. I asked for a rubber band to help it move. They said no it was fine, it would catch up. It didn't. I had to wear the trays so slowly to try and help it track and it hasn't. Finally I asked for clear braces. They said okay. I show up, and without telling me they put metal braces on. I didn't know until it was done. That was not what I requested and I am appalled that it was done without my consent. That same tooth is still not moving. Instead it's pushing the tooth next to it sideways, out of my mouth and it hurts so badly. I am furious. I should have gotten the rubber band over a year ago, like I requested. I could have been done or almost done with my treatment. This place does not care. They don't know how to critical think, and they're unable to see the projections of what will happen. Unfortunately I've already paid so I'm stuck here. Save yourself, and go somewhere else. Edit: I went in today so they could replace the metal braces with clear. My self esteem and mental health have plummeted these past few weeks until they could get me in. Having the brackets taken off was one of the most painful things I've ever experienced, and I've given birth. I screamed. I should not have been forced to go through that. I should have been able to consent to my treatment in the first place. I am in shock at the trauma this experience is causing.

Choosing this place was the best decision I could have made, they're super professional really fun, make you feel really comfortable, everyone is so kind and welcoming!! They made sure I was satisfied with my teeth before removing my braces which is something I really appreciated, the braces removal process was super easy, fast and completely painless, which says a lot, especially coming from someone like me who has a super low pain tolerance. I would 100% recommend this place!!

Dr. D is absolutely amazing, has a real concern for her patients and has the best bed side manners of any Doctor Ive met. Highly recommended She found a tumor in my daughter jaw and immediately sent me to an Oral surgeon, no time wasted. Couldn't thank her enough

I've been receiving Invisalign treatment from MN Orthodontics' Edina office for just under a year now and have had a great experience! Although I have had a few complications, the team has allowed for a seamless process and always treat me with respect and kindness. On my first visit I met with Liz Harguth, Treatment Coordinator, who has always been happy to help and respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. If you are interested in fixing your smile, I highly recommend considering MN Ortho at Edina!
