I love orthodontics because I get to make people smile and laugh every single day. My favorite thing is seeing my patients eyes light up when they complete treatment and discover their new smile for the first time. My team and I are smiling and celebrating with them!

Each of my patients is extremely motivated, not just about what they want orthodontically, but what they want to achieve in life. I enjoy our conversations about school, sports, music, work, hobbies, and family. I love learning new things from each person and getting to know them as an individual.

I attend several continuing education conferences and meetings throughout the year. This enables me to improve my skills continually and stay up to date with current topics and technologies in orthodontics. I am dedicated to providing the best orthodontic care to my patients, and continuing education ensures I am able to do so.

Some of my scholarly work has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. Im also on the board for the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. These positions allow me to learn on a constant basis and assist my peers in doing the same. They also ensure I stay involved with other fields of dentistry, beyond orthodontics, so I can best meet the needs of my patients.

A native of Akron, OH, I now make my home in Chagrin Falls. I share my life with my wife Lori, two daughters Maddie and Maren, and two sons Grant and Gavin. Spending time with my loved ones is a priority outside of work. I also enjoy listening to live music, golfing, skiing, hiking, tennis, and coaching sports.

I participate in the Kenston, Chagrin Falls, and Mentor School Districts Dental Health Month. I love educating children on the importance of dental health and how they can keep their smiles looking their best!

I manage the Front Desk and I am one of the first people to greet you as you walk into our practice. Nothing satisfies me more than making you feel like family. When Im not working, I enjoy being outdoors and working in my garden. I also love spending family time with my husband, John, and my 4 children helping to create one-of-a-kind wood products for Prexta Customs.

I have worked in orthodontics for several years and absolutely love working with Dr. Minich! I really enjoy interacting with our patients and speaking with them on the phone and in person. I love to make people laugh and smile.

I love hearing our patient's stories and sharing in their lives. We become friends, and I like that my work helps people I care about develop great dental health and incredible smiles! Seeing each patient become more confident in their smile is very rewarding. I help Dr. Minich during procedures and support the patient at the same time. I also maintain our clinical inventory and am our practices infection control coordinator.

I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. Its so much fun to learn about their hobbies and hear about their adventures. Were always laughing together. The best part of my work though, is seeing each persons finished smile! As clinical coordinator, I ensure we run on time and each patient receives great care. I also provide chairside assistance and review oral hygiene with patients so their teeth stay in great condition during treatment.

I have been in Dentistry for 16 years and love every aspect of it. I have joined Dr. Minichs team as an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant), which has given me the opportunity to use my license to make people happy! Everyday I get to assist in removing braces from our wonderful patients to reveal their fabulous smiles!

I love working with my hands crafting custom dental appliances for our patients. Each person has unique needs, and I spend the day in our in-house lab, making expanders, retainers, and other orthodontic devices. These appliances are used to move teeth into proper position, and at the end of treatment, ensure they remain in place. Its rewarding to be part of making beautiful smiles and to work with a great team at Minich Orthodontics!
