Our team consists of certified dental assistants, and office staff with years of dental experience.

I have been a patient here for years and years. I had an appointment today and when I went out to start my car, it would not start. I called them immediately giving them 4.5 hours notice that I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. The lady on the phone was rude and informed me that they will charge a fee for cancelling. Out of all the years that I have been a patient, I NEVER canceled and I always payed my bill immediately. I am saddened by the way I, a long term patient, was treated. When I asked to reschedule she said "When", I said anytime next week...her reply "Nope" (she didn't even have time to look at the schedule)... I said ok how about the next week, she said "I guess", not giving me any possible dates or times....eventually I was able to reschedule. I am so upset about this......I have recommended this dentist to many family members and friends. I sure hope they don't get treated the same way......I will never recommend again. BTW: The Dentists are extremely nice and good at what they do.
