I must say, Dr. Waligora is the best! I had a crumbled tooth and he was so gentle and fast! I WOULD highly recommend him to anybody who needs a oral surgeon. Super nice oral surgeon with great bedside manners.

Absolutely highly recommend Dr. Midtling and his team. During the standard orthodontic xrays for my 8-year-old, they discovered her jawbone had a large "something" in it... a cyst? A tumor?? They couldn't tell us. I was beyond scared. We were referred to Milwaukee Oral Surgery & Implants and although it took a while to get us in (our dentist calling on our behalf helped a lot with that wait time), Dr. Midtling was comforting, reassuring, and without making promises, he said he felt confident that it was just an empty hole that developed as her jaw grew. The surgery went perfectly; as parents, we appreciated that we were allowed to be in the room with her the whole time. The staff was excellent, kind, professional, and explained everything as they went along. Dr. Midtling was right - she only had a void in her jaw, and he felt confident that the biopsy would come back normal (and it did - right again!). Aftercare instructions were thorough and we had no complications or issues. She had a dentist appointment a month later and they were amazed by how well her stitches had healed - they said they would not have known she even had the surgery if they hadn't been aware of it. 6 months later we went back for a recheck and as Dr. Midtling predicted, the void had grown in with new bone and everything looked perfect. If any of us need oral surgery in the future, we won't hesitate to go back there. Excellent across the board.

Pretty upset because it was annoyingly difficult to ask questions and get answers. Not sure why it's hard to answer questions of your patients or give them ANY advice for taking care of things after they leave. Had to call the next day for what I was supposed to do. Now I'm worried I have dry socket or an infection or something and called yesterday (apparently the whole staff was at lunch at almost 2 in the afternoon??) Was told id get a call back and never received it. Not very professional at all. Very disappointed with how things are handled by you guys after patients leave because everyone seemed so nice when I was actually there. Guess I'll find someone else to go to next time.

Milwaukee oral surgery are excellent choice for tooth extraction! As a person who is deathly afraid of any teeth being pulled. I was sedated...dont remember a thing...and had very little pain afterwards. I would recommend this place to anyone who is afraid of serious mouthwork! They were awesome! Thanks for the good work!

Dr. John Miller is incredible! Talented, Knowledgeable, and Comforting. You won't find a better Oral Surgeon anywhere. His Assistant and Receptionist are also a great asset to this Clinic.

Dr Miller was great! As was Mary, she talks very peacefully, very soothing. High stress time for me personally in places like that. They made it as great as possible and I'm actually not dreading going back for the implant screw thing. Everything healed up nicely in the time they said, practically zero pain less than a week later. Didn't need the pain pills. Highly recommend for extraction and implant prep! Funny, it wouldn't occur to me to review places like this but on the way out I joked I might, I was actually so pleased. lol, she laughed, and now I got around to it. It is a little hard to find though... Enter the building on the south side of the bunch of buildings. Their office overlooks the lake, quite nicely actually. They could use a little more signage out front, but I managed. Update: read their waiver before you write a review... in fact ask to read it before you sign up for anything with them. And actually read it. Your jaw could fall off or your implant could fall out the next day - you have zero recourse. They don't even seem to want to imply they will try to make it work, in writing. They also can't give you straight answer on how much it costs start to finish for some reason. Even the guy at the county fair can tell me how much things cost... burger? 8$. Simple. Not here, here your implant is 3K, 5K, and closer to 6K by the time you're done. It might be industry standard, but my opinion of that sucking is the public's standard. What a let down. Update, updated... Man, BEFORE I spent thousands of dollars, sure would of loved to have been "walked through my questions".

Over all I had a good experience at Milwaukee Oral Surgery & Implants. The front desk staff was great. Positive, attentive, and courteous, all while dealing with a complex situation on the phone and assisting the staff. She was top notch. I felt the procedure could have benefited from a bit more communication, and the oral surgeon kept calling me "Buddy". It almost became comical at one point and if I hadn't been in the midst of a tooth extraction I would have laughed. In a professional medial setting, Mr. Mrs, or even my first name would have been better. The continual use of buddy gave me the impression the surgeon, though very capable, just ran through his patients for the day without any real connection to them. I was just another tooth to be pulled out, just another procedure. Medically the whole experience was sound, and Gloria, the assistant was warm and friendly.
