I would question their billing practice. I had to pay over $2,000 on the surgery date, but later found out they were reimbursed about the same amount from my primary and secondary insurances. In total, they collected well over their original billing amount, and about twice as much as the "allowed amount" under my insurance. When I questioned this, I was just told that we "may get a refund..."

I had a tooth pulled this morning by Dr.Smith. This guy is amazing. He told me each step he was performing. I have ABSOLUTELY no pain at all. Not even any tenderness. This was one of the best experiencing I have ever had. Will recommend him to anyone needing a tooth pulled.

Wonderful staff explained details on treatment, answered questions, and were so helpful and supportive. I don't recommend having problems with your teeth, but if you do, this is a great place to get treated!

Spoke to a very nice front office worker named Michelle, i informed her what my issue was and she patiently explained my options. As we couldn't come to a plan that worked for me at her office . She kindly gave me information that will help me with my dental issue and the AtA why I gave them 5 stars. In tough times a dental emergency can seem like the end of the world but thanks to Michelle I am able to look forward to resolving my dental problems rather then worry about what I and going to do. Thanks again

Dr. Miller explained the procedure in detail and answered my questions. I am very happy with the progression of my recovery. Dr. Miller is an excellent Surgeon. He has an excellent Team as well.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff from start to finish. The teeth extraction was painless with local anesthetic injection and day after surgery minimal pain where teeth were removed. Oral surgeon and staff were accommodating to my scheduling needs and it was great they have several sites around the city where you can schedule appointments.

I want to thank all the staff at Glendale location. First saw this location when my Mom had to see a specialist for TMG issues 2021. She saw Dr. Waligora we got so much knowledgeable information on what was going on and how to avoid making it worst to avido surgery. The office is so cute and extremely CLEAN. I love it. The staff is so pelite and friendly. Dr. Waligora ROCKS. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted March 16th 2022 by him and a number of his team. Im sorry I don't remember all the names. I was so scared my very first time being put under. They all made me feel extremely safe and calm after I set in the chair. Dr. Waligora came in to talk to me before he stated the procedure and after. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Honestly, I felt nothing but great after words. THANK THANK FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK! I can finally chew without feeling any pain from them! You are all appreciated.

Beyond excellent care by Dr. Smith and his assistant Catherine! Caring, understanding and remarkably qualified all the way around. Having oral surgery isn't fun but my experience was amazing with these two professionals taking wonderful care of me. Thank you Dr. Judd Smith and Catherine! The other staff members must be thanked as well. It was an awesome staff and greatly appreciated.

Great experience with this office. Dr. Smith took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. The other staff was helpful and provided me with thorough instructions for after surgery care.
