Dr. Prateek Patel began his education with a Bachelors in Dental Surgery at D Y Patil University in Bombay, India. In 2013, he then went on to further his education in general dentistry, with advanced standing, at University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC). He specializes in restorative dentistry, such as implants, and also enjoys performing surgery. What Dr. Patel enjoys most about being a doctor is helping patients get out of pain and regain confidence in their smile.
Dr. Patel is actively involved in several organizations to continue his education. He is a member of American Dentist Association, Chicago Dental Society, Wisconsin Dentist Association, and United States Dental Institute. In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano and spending time with his family.

Dr. Mona was born and raised in Amman, Jordan. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of Jordan. Since graduation, she has been involved in extensive continuing education in Periodontology, Oral Surgery, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. She is actively involved in clinical research in Jordan and in the United States. Dr. Mona later received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry. She enjoys learning new things and constantly bettering the depth and breadth of her skills. It is important to Dr. Mona to keep current with evolving techniques and material to provide state-of-the-art treatment options for her patients.
Currently, she is a member of various organizations such as American Dental Associations, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Chicago Dental Society. Outside of work, Dr. Mona likes to cook and spend time with family.
Dr. Talha Patelstrives to educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene while providing them an enjoyable experience in the office. Dr. Talha Patel graduated from D.Y. Patil Dental College in 2009. He then served an internship year studying general practice in New York. After this, Dr. Talha earned his DDS at the University of Southern California (USC).
Upon graduation in 2013, Dr. Talha continued working as an experienced dentist in Southern California for several years and later practiced in Connecticut. We are now proud to have Dr. Talha on our team at My Wisconsin Dental. Dr. Talha brings his wealth of knowledge and experience, along with his compassion and determination to bring the best quality care and guidance to his patients' needs. Dr. Talha strives to educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene while providing them an enjoyable experience in the office.
Dr. Syed Rehman believes in a tradition of care, compassion, integrity, and excellence in dentistry. As a board-certified dentist, Dr. Syed graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School, where he received his DMD. Along the way, he earned several scholarships and awards, including the prestigious Frances Best Watkins Award, Dr. Kamlesh Amin award, and Dr. Lina K. Tharp Award, recognizing his clinical excellence, academic standings, compassion for patients, and leadership skills.
Dr. Syed also spent a year doing an intense Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency in New York University, where he trained with pioneers in the field of oral surgery. His training focused on dental implants and treating complicated oral surgical procedures.
To stay current and provide the best and most advanced treatment options, Dr. Syed believes in learning for life and is very active in continuing education programs. He is a member of several dental organizations and study clubs.

Took me in for a x ray , but didn't give the root canal that they said I needed , because of pre insurance approval witch doesn't make any sense because they obviously did the x ray , sent me home with nothing not to mention I'm in excruciating pain & having been able to get appointment , costumer service terrible , I would not suggest

The customer service is great. When making my appointment I didn't have to wait too long to get in. The Doctor was amazing and made me feel comfortable being that the Dentist always makes me feel uneasy.

I was referred by the Racine location for a impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Scheduled a appointment. Unfortunately for me they told me I wouldn't qualify since I needed a oral surgeon. The staff was very polite and courteous to us. They gave us the correct information for a oral surgeon elsewhere.

Well, outside of having a cavity filled, that resulted in prolonged healing for whatever reason that I still find myself dealing with seven months after the fact. l think that the office is efficient as well as proficient, despite it's overwhelming deluge of urban based clientele on a daily basis. As they are still efficient enough to squeeze in non appointment emergencies, and I highly recommend them to anyone between dentist. However,in an update to the previous glowing review, it would seem that after a filling in 03/21 that felt faar deeper than an ordinary filling should have went; that allegedly caused tinitus in the ear over the tooth. Where upon return to the same dentist a month later, to address this issue.Would be told that the original dentist that done the work was no longer there, and no further information could be obtained. I would suggest after an exacerbating experience try to address this nonessential issues, that is believed to be a part of other mitigating circumstances.... I gladly share my regretful experience with others seeking dental services;in hopes that it will better guide you're search lol .

Absolutely amazing care. I've been dealing with teeth issues and a really bad overbite and the dentures I had previously were so big and didn't fit well I couldn't wear them, then they were stolen, I know ridiculous who does that? But after 5 years of having no teeth in a matter of 2 months they have gone above and beyond to get new dentures that not only fit amazing but he even made them angled so I would have a perfect bite even with my overbite. He listened to what I had to say and took me seriously. I'm so very grateful and definitely recommend you come here for all your dental needs. Everyone is so nice and caring, totally different experience and I'm so happy I was able to get in here. Thank you everyone for all the help you gave me!!!!

I had a great time Dena and Melissa were so great! Even the dentist was so nice and my cleaning went well no problems just gotta get my two fillings redone. They were done temporarily by my old dentist and fell out over time. They really care and took the time answering any questions that I had. Thanks so much and can't wait to come back for my fillings!

I was really impressed! When I first pulled up I said to myself what did I get myself into. They was polite, welcoming, friendly, clean. By far one of the best Dentistry I've been to. My Dental assistant was amazing! I needed a root canal I was so scared! Tiara thank you for being there I wouldn't been able to do it. Dr Mora is the bomb.com

My dentist Dr. Reem was polite and got me in the same day for an emergency extraction that i needed out because it hurt like hell. Thanks to my Dentist, and her assistant. I went back and Dr. Reem was gone and they wouldn't tell me where she works at now because the dentist office changed management, they had me waiting way over 2/3 hours so I left. I waited 45min/hour before calling me into a room so I figured my "new" dentist should be in soon but NOPE ... THEY had me sitting in the chair for another hour plus, So I walked out. I Miss Dr. Reem, wish I could find her?

I was very pleased with the service yesterday. My dentist assistant did a super job with answering all my ?. My dentist did a good job also. Keep up the good work guys. Cause alot of people shouldn't be working in customer service at all.
