It was my daughter's first time to the dentist, and the hygienist Alma Troutman really made it a fun experience for her! She was so excited to tell her friends and family about it. She was very informative to us ( my wife and I) as to proper oral and teeth care, what to expect as my child grows thru different stages. I have plenty of confidence in her knowledge and ability to work with. My child can't wait to visit her again .

My child has had anxiety about getting her teeth done after multiple bad experiences elsewhere. It felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel until today. They were so amazing with her, took the time she needed and came up with a plan to get her all fixed up. They were absolutely amazing with her and I cannot reccomend them enough!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would! How are you going to make a child with a painful cavity wait 8 months...8 MONTHS!!!.... to get it filled.. We loved this place at first but now it's a freaking joke!

I have never in my life been more shocked at scheduling and neglectful care. I raved about this practice and drove an hour and half for my kids to be seen here until today. My son had a cavity in May/June of 2021, they couldn't schedule a filling until December 2021 which was absurd to begin with. He got covid and they told me the next available appointment is May 2022. But they're still taking new patients. Then when I tried to speak at the end of the call after being in shock at the delay, the scheduler just hung up on me after being on hold for 22 minutes.

If there was a zero rating for Natalie Stinton I would have given her that rating. Our family trusted her with filling cavities our 4 year old daughter had at Geisinger. She was supposed to fill her cavities with resin fillings and our daughter came out of anesthesia with 8 stainless steel crowns!! I told Stinton prior to surgery that I did not want any metal in my daughters mouth and she went ahead and did it anyway in direct conflict with a referral from another pediatric dentist. Her referral was for resin filings! By law, when a child as young as my daughter has to go under anesthesia her pediatrician must approve that she is healthy enough prior to surgery. Stinton notified my daughters Pediatric Dr. of resin filings. She made no mention of 8 stainless steel crowns during the notification process. No 4 year old should ever have that much metal in her mouth!! Stinton has been nothing but unprofessional since the procedure and has offered no explanation for her actions. Geisinger was immediately notified of our grievance and has also offered no explanation as to how this could have possibly happened. Geisinger has changed their consent procedures because of this case, yet has offered no attempts to right this terrible wrong. I strongly urge anyone who is considering using Geisinger to pick another dentist that is not drilling for dollars like Dr. Stinton and actually cares about her patients. If she will do this to a 4 year old child against her parents wishes, after being notified In writing prior to the procedure not to do it, she will do anything!!! I would be happy to share our experience with anyone who is concerned or had a similar experience with her.

We've had good experiences here with all 4 of our kiddos ages 9-2yo. Been here less than a year but have had cleanings as well as fillings done. I would recommend it for the care and time they give each patient. A neg would be how long it takes to get in if you have 2 fillings that cannot be done at the same time (ie: diff. quadrants) it could be months to get your child's cavity filled.

I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone with small children.
