Literally the worst dentist I ever experienced. The first visit I've had with him he was VERY unprofessional, actually yelling at me for forgetting a paper I should have brought in. I'm in the military so I was desperate to just carry on and get it over with regardless. Over time I've had a few more appointments with him and each time he was rude and VERY superior, always speaking down on me and my dental health. Making me feel embarrassed & as if I was a bother. It's hard trying to find a dentist that will take Medicaid around here so of course I just rolled with the punches. His only option ever was to just extract a tooth rather than helping the issue. Kevin lacks sympathy. Unless you have perfect teeth I don't recommend going to this guy!

Dr. Milko is the best, I was terrified about going to a dentist and everyone there made me feel calm, and got me through it all. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Milko and his staff I highly recommend Dr. Milko

I feel so lucky that I was able to get an appointment the day after I was put on the waitlist, as there are very few dentists in Missoula that take Medicaid! Everyone at the office was warm and friendly, my hygienist Amy was awesome and gave me lots of breaks due to TMJ pain. Dr. Miltko had a kind and calm demeanor which is great because I was anxious about this appointment! I was surprised to see the poor reviews but in my experience everyone was friendly and professional.

Very kind, and quick, getting me in, and making sure the dental emergencies I needed taken care of have been taken care of within 10days of calling. I am sure that I am going to return and take care of my other dental needs

Read reviews beforehand, wasnt sure. Expectations exceeded by far. High QUALITY, thorough work. Never had any previous health doctor tell me, "Thanks for being a great patient." Or acknowledge my concerns with "those were all great q's." Dr. Miltko is professional and vastly knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend. The best dentist visits I've ever had in my life. So thankful for Dr. Miltko.

Dr. Miltko got me in right away, did thorough X-rays and examinations, and did a wonderful job with my crown. His staff is extremely kind and friendly. This is the best experience I've had with a dentist in years.

It was my first time there and I hadn't been to the dentist in some time, thus I was nervous. The whole staff was great, they were friendly and professional, they helped me feel less nervous about the whole experience. Dr. Miltko was professional and straight forward.

I have had a long history of anxiety over dentist trips. The entire staff are great and I no longer feel that way and avoid routine appointments. Dr Miltko really takes time with you and does perform additional work unless necessary and after thorough discussion. I couldn't be happier with the serious. My only anxiety now is what to do if he retires ;)

I went to several Dentists but only Dr. Miltko who'd able to tell me what's going on my dental and what I needed to do. I finally got the answers that I needed.

Dr miltko was not good with my child, not friendly, very serious and unwelcoming. especially with this being my sons first time. This is not a kid family dentistry. I will not be back. There are way better dentistries out there.

I may be perhaps the worst dental patient of all time as a result of numerous traumatic (to me) experiences going back to childhood. Dr. Miltko has been the best dentist I have ever had. He acknowledges my anxiety over dental care and does everything to make the experience as painless and positive as possible. He explains the prices in an understandable way and reduces the threat of pain at every turn. I could not recommend him any higher.

The dentist is the last place I'd like to be and so I stay away as long as I can (over 10+years later) I finally gave in and got my mouth looked at. I kind of pick this place on whim and so glad I did. The staff is so nice! Hardly a wait and the nicest teeth cleaning I've had that I can remember. Miltko my be extremely straightforward and to the point, but I'd take him over a sweet talker any day. He knows his stuff and does what needs to be done and does it very well. I appreciate his professionalism. Even hearing drills freaks me out! Miltko and his staff are great at making you feel more at ease. Also, as a plus the music is the best radio pick I've ever heard anywhere lol.
