Dr.HuyAlanVu is a proudTarHeel! He received his Bachelor of Science with Distinction and his Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Vu loves sports, especially soccer and you can find him on the fields in local leagues on the weekends. He also enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Hailey. They have one boy and two girls who keep them both super busy!

Visited Millwood today as a new patient. Very friendly and professional environment. Dental hygienist took great care of me during my visit. Doctor Vu was busy but took time out to explain certain things to me.

I highly recommend Dr. Vu. He takes time to explain all procedures and work needed. He let's you know if you need treatment immediately or if it can wait. The staff is awesome. I highly recommend his practice.

I chipped a tooth today. My first one. I kind of freaked out about it. I called and explained what happened. I was able to get an appointment this very afternoon!! . Dr. Vu quickly fixed my tooth. It's like it never happened. Everyone is so kind and friendly.

Best dentist office ever! They're so kind and are the most honest professionals. They will never try to scam you! For not having visited a dentist in a long time (lack of insurance), they were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Even though it's a further drive I will always come here from now on.

The dental hygienist, Chelsea, is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Most people don't enjoy the experience for a dental visit, but she made the whole thing very enjoyable. Dr. Vu is also extremely friendly too. All the staff here are excellent and prompt. The place is very neat and clean at all times. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a good dental visit!

I had a cleaning with Sarah and it went extremely well. She is very gentle and thorough. She explained everything as she was going to do it. She took care in each part of the cleaning process. Dr. Vu is also wonderful. He carefully did his examination and was willing to answer any questions I had. He did not seem at all rushed and took the time needed. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Vu's office and Sarah. Thank you Millwood Family Dentistry!

So I haven't seen a dentist in a while and I got my first cavity ever! I also have a lot of anxiety when coming to the dentist. So I was super nervous. This was my first time in this office and they made me feel super comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere. They explained what they could do for me. Dr. Vu did a wonderful job and took his time to make sure I was numbed up before he started the fillings. They also did breaks in between the procedure, so it was nice to have a breather for a minute. They did a wonderful job!
