My daughter is a new patient and has such a great success with each visit, she is in and out quickly and serviced well, the staff very friendly and helpful. Appointment reminders always a plus overall great experience and establishment.

Still had a 1hr wait for a 20min visit. Making me have to make up 20 mins of work on my time. But the service and staff are amazing. warm and caring. Just over worked.

This place is a laughing stock. I literally have the worst gag reflex and I get a migraine from multiple X-rays and I was told that this was not the place for me because as a patient I requested the least amount of X-rays possible. The manager was horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible place, rude staff, I had a root canal done that ended up needing to be pulled because they didn't do it right... they've canceled my daughters appt I don't know how many times. Came in for a filling coming out dentist or whoever the heck he was walked in looked at it said root canal walked out. This place needs to be reported and shut down..

They were fine before Covid now office staff constantly is calling out and canceling routine preventative appointments (sometimes same day). I have now had my routine appointment canceled twice once due to the dentist never showed up and yesterday due to the hygienist leaving sick. Now I'm stuck with an abscess tooth and can't get an emergency appointment until middle of June. Office staff is extremely rude and won't let you speak to the office manager but rather say "they won't be in for the next few days". Never knew office managers OR a covering office manager not be present in an office for days. McDonalds is better staffed and more professional than this place. Was told yesterday I could pick up a referral for an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction that I was told I needed by an Endodontist that THEY referred me to. When I went to pick up the referral today at 5 PM of course the one person at the desk had no clue what I was talking about and said the staff that told me that yesterday was wrong. She was rude, would not look me in the eye, very dismissive of my dental pain and even though I told her my appointment was canceled by your staff the past two times and that's why I could not be seen she didn't care and said I had to be seen before I could get a referral to see an oral surgeon that I hadn't been seen in a long time. Well no kidding, your staff keeps canceling my appointment because no one is showing up to work! I'm filing a formal complaint with my insurance company. Seems like rude service and staff is a common complaint about this place. Steer clear!!! The sign on the door says emergency appointments available walk-ins available. I said that to the staff member that I was an emergency walk-in she said we haven't done that since Covid so I ask why is the sign still on the door she just kept shaking her head and looking at the computer and not looking at me. She told me they closed at 5 o'clock but the sign on the door says 6 o'clock. This place is an absolute hot mess express!

Absolutely the worst dentist experience I've ever had 1st no one answers the phone 2nd whoever the woman is sitting at the desk behind the two lovely ladies at the counter is the rudest person in life she has to idea of customer service the call center rescheduled my appointment so when I came in she treated me as if I just decided to show up if someone would have answered the phone this would have never happened I promise you one thing if I can find another dentist before thus next appointment that is exactly what I'm gonna do no reason for me to be spoken to in the manor I was spoken to had it not been for the two polite young ladies at the counter I'm sure this experience would have been worst I will NEVER recommend this office

Every time I've went, I was treated with the upmost respect and care. I used to have a fear of dentists, but once I've had a few appointments here I learned that it doesn't have to be scary. Now, I'm more scared of toothaches than the dentist, which is how it should be!

Disgustly filthy. The waiting room chairs have a half inch of filth on them. The equipment looks like it was bought second hand from a 1970s dentist office. Every tool they use smells like a wet dog. The billing department woman is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Complete incompetency behind the desk. They even hung up a customer comment that said... wait for it... my nurse was hot. Classy right? I canceled treatment after pre paying because of the incompetence in this billing department. But they still somehow managed to charge me an additional 60 bucks. Dentist and his assistant were decent though, hence the additional star. If you have choice, go somewhere else. Seems like they deal with government assistance clientele mostly, but have little experience in the actual paying customer.

After multiple text/phone confirmations my son so happen to not be on the schedule when we showed. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Even though I showed proof of appointment they refused to see him. Not a place that cares about their patients anymore.

Love this dentist office, everybody is friendly and professional! I recently had to get my first root canal and was super nervous about it and the dentist and dental assistant were both amazing and calmed me down. They explained everything so my mind was at ease. I definitely recommend!!!

As always, my experience at Millville Family Dental was wonderful! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and gentle. Dr Yang is very skilled in his work (and painless.) The week of Christmas, I had a cap come off (not done by Millville Family Dental.) I got an appointment almost immediately, had a painless root canal, and a temporary placed in until the new crown came in. The new crown is comfortable and feels natural. All of this was taken care of in a very timely fashion. Dr Yang and the staff at Millville Family Dental are outstanding and I highly recommend them!
