Office is clean, the staff including Dr. Park are friendly and kind! My hygienist Meri Ella is the BEST performs a gentle pain free cleaning.

Dr Park and staff are great. Due to a scheduling conflict I couldn't get here on time for my mom's appointment. However, they proceeded the procedure without knowing who's going to pay the deductible. When I got here my mom, who doesn't speak English, already left after getting her treatment done, and the staff let me paid the bill. Thank you for not making my mom uncomfortable and saving us time!

First let me say Dr. Park is a great guy and he and his staff have always been very courteous to my wife. That being said, we paid over 4,000.00 for her dentures a year ago and about 6 adjustments later, she's still having issues with them and was told she's going to have to start paying for adjustments. We signed up for their inhouse insurance to help with the costs last year and they renewed that insurance this year without telling us. They took 300.00 from out bank account and I actually paid for it last year with a credit card,so t didn't even bill the right card,they've told us after they ran it that they did causing all kinds of issues with my bank account. Then after letting them know,the girl said she had to talk to her supervisor cause it was not refundable. Well5 days and 3 phone calls later, they finally fixed it, telling my wife she could never get the insurance again and will have to pay full price for everything from now on. Very unprofessional.

I had Mariela and Dr. Park, mariela is very quick and thorough. Everyone was very friendly, from booking to check out. Great experience! Definitely recommend!
