About me...I grew up in the dental world. My father is a retired oral surgeon. He started his career in the Air Force, where he served for 20 years. Because of this, we traveled around the world, including Alaska, Mississippi, Japan, California, Ohio, Massachusetts, and finally Indiana (Where my father retired and opened a private practice). It is in the Midwest that I received most of my higher education. This includes a high school degree from St. Josephs HS, in South Bend, an Associates Degree in Arts from Holy Cross College, Go Rudy, a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Dayton, and finally a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University. In 2010, I took over Dr. Kilgore and Dr. Jane Taubes dental practice. It has been a fast and exciting seven years!

I very much don't recommend slacking on prioritizing your dental care. I had a tooth issue and needed to find a new dentist. Nothing like coming in with a bang. One missing tooth later, I now have a new dentist and a plan to continue to stay on top of my dental health. If you work and/or live downtown, I very much recommend checking out this office.

After having a tooth extracted, this coward writes to praise Dr. Miller's extraordinary gentleness and kindness. He and his staff are wonderful.

While the hygienist and dentist were very nice and professional, there is a problem. My dentist was very backed up due to Covid issues, so, I called around downtown to find another one who accepts Delta Dental insurance. I talked to Paige and she told me that they did accept DD. I asked if my exam will (as usual) be 100% covered, and she said she would check with DD. She asked me to email her a copy of my insurance card which I did. She emailed me that they do accept my insurance but that they can't know the amounts. After my exam, I'm presented with the bill and "DD will then refund you." DD ends up covering about $112 hout of $308 and says that this Dentist is not in their network and does not accept their insurance, and that it's disappointing how often either staff is either not educated on what "in network" means, and simply provides incorrect information. I call and talk to Paige, and says that they are not in network and that's she may have "misspoken." She has the opportunity to tell me that they don't accept this insurance twice - once over the phone and once in the email. She gave me an email where I can contact Dr Maxwell himself. That was 4 days ago and he did not reply. Needless to say, I will not return

Dr. Miller is great! He takes a one on one approach and listens to what you have to say. The staff couldn't be nicer. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Miller and his staff are wonderful. They have taken excellent care of my dental health for years. The downtown location is perfect for people working in the downtown area. He also has convenient Saturday appointments for cleanings.

What an amazing visit I had last Saturday ,beyond recommended!!! How to start ,first of anything they have an amazing receptionist she helps you with any question with a friendly attitude ,she makes you feel in home makes sure you are all informed about pricing and procedures ,which I highly appreciate since I was paying out of pocket. Secondly the staff is amazing ,the hygienist took the time and she was very cautious while doing the cleaning , and last but not least the Doctor was amazing he took the time to explained every question I had , and even recommend me an ortho. I could mention more but I wouldn't have enough space in here. Thank you Doctor Miller and staff you guys are the best !!!

I first went to Dr Miller while getting a 2nd opinion on a dental crown and enjoyed the experience and his professionalism so much that I switched dentists. Very good attention to detail and has been really easy to talk to about my dentals concerns. I've been to a handful of Indianapolis dentists in the 20+ years that I've lived here and he is by far the best! He is also younger than me so I am hoping he will be my last dentist until I retire full-time to a Florida-based golf community. :) Kudos to the rest of the team too -- can't say enough good things about this place!

This dental office exceeded every one of my expectations. I was in town on business and suffered trauma to my tooth. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and when got there it blew my mind. The staff was incredible. Although I was nervous every staff member there including the dentist made me feel at ease. I wish I lived in Indy I would go there for all my dental needs. Even though they were out of my insurance network they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you everyone. I highly recommend this dental office

Great cleaning and exam experience at Dr. Miller's Downtown Dentistry today. I felt comfortable during my exam and cleaning and all staff were wearing protective gear. I also witnessed great sanitation procedures and practices to ensure the protection of future patients. Excellent experience overall.

I've been a patient of Dr Miller since he first came to this office. He is an exceptional dentist, caring, thorough, always goes the extra mile. He makes you feel like your one of his family and his office staff, nursing, technicians are the very same. From making appointment to concluding the visit you will be made totally to feel at home.

Not only do they do a great job cleaning your teeth but they take the time to explain what's going on and how you can help keep your teeth their healthiest. Their attention to detail is great, I would recommend anyone in or around the downtown area to check them out.
